Got a great deal through Expedia, desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool is great and just large enough to get the kids to burn some energy while not going deeper than 4.5 ft. Thermostat didn't work in the room so maintaining the cool temperature from the fan didn't happen. That's the knock on the star since I was uncomfortable while sleeping. Continental breakfast had a fair spread, eggs and sausage were delicious!

I was last week in the hotel it was very good nights and I meet a lot of nice people one of them is Fadi he is a cool guy and he helped me and his job is very clean and he is really a friendly guy and I meet also Eli was very kind with me and the breakfast was great thank you for everything guys and keep

This hotel was amazing - from the front desk staff to the rooms. It was clean and smelled good. The showers were designed with females in mind and little steps placed in just the right areas. There was shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion provided. The breakfast had a great selection and was restocked as needed. The rooms were designed for guests in mind and their needs (outlets and mirrors) placed perfectly. I stayed as a solo female and felt safe. The front desk worker that checked me in at 11:30 pm made me feel safe and welcomed after a bad experience at another hotel. I would definitely stay here again!

Sleazy with how they choose not to honor 3rd party billing; two nights in a row they wanted me to pay the rack rate which was almost double of HotelTonight. They got it the first night but I wasn’t falling for their thinly veiled money grab attempt the second night. They also lied to my face that the room I was in would “now sit empty”. [they had cleaning people at the door].After spending over 16000 Lifetime nights @Marriott Bonvoy / Starwood properties & another 567 Lifetime nights via HotelTonight, I can honestly say that I’ve NEVER seen a hotel property act with such rude, tacky financial desperation than what I experienced here at this Hampton Inn - Amherst.The ladies who work the front desk should all be replaced immediately

I enjoyed this hampton inn a lot. I especially liked cleanishness and quietness.The shower was excellent and the elevator was clean, quiet, and fast! I'm kind of persnickty grandma but so pleased with this hampton inn.Safety: I felt safe walking around the hotel after dinner out.

Just stayed at this hotel with my daughter visiting University of Buffalo and it was fantastic. Rooms were extremely clean and front desk staff was great. Coffee was always available and hot. Breakfast was delicious and had a lot of options. There were also nice spots to work if you needed some privacy. Gym was clean and with newer looking equipment as well. I would especially like to call out Danielle Parker who was working the front desk as being extremely friendly and helpful to all customers she interacted with during my stay as I hung out in the lobby for a time after checkout and got to witness it first hand. Management should take notice. After experiencing the hotel for the first time I will be sure to mark this hotel as my go to hotel for my next visit and my son also plans to attend Buffalo next year so we will be back. Hope this helps any of you decide on a nice hotel. Cheers!

Booked hotel for softball tournament. Choose this hotel for its proximity to the softball fields. Was very pleased with the rooms and the salt water pool. The breakfast looked great but wasn't as good as we hoped. Hotel is close to shops and restaurants. Would be amazing if there was a bar.

We won't stay here again. Yes, it's fairly new and received an award for universal design but it falls short. We have stayed here at least 3 times. Room 103 is a wheelchair accessible room with roll in shower. The wall mounted shampoo, soap, conditioner bottles are directly behind the bench though, so if you sit on the bench your head will smack the bottles if you don't inch forward which is not a good situation. We mentioned this to staff after our first 2 stays but it has not been fixed. This last stay, it appeared that the bench was starting to come away from the wall (the screws were not flush to the tile) They evidently are happy to have the universal design award but are not receptive to guest requests. Staff is not super friendly with the exception of one young woman who is very sweet.

We spent the long weekend in this hotel while we were visiting the Falls!Nice location if you are looking for a budget friendly hotel, and it just about 20 ish minutes to the Falls. Staff are super helpful and friendly, and our rooms are clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!!Rooms: Rooms are cleanFood & drinks: The breakfast was delicious and nice, can’t ask more for a free breakfast!

The staff were good. Rooms were just fine with my room missing the hangers for the toiletries. The location of the hotel is quite far from Niagara and I am assuming that most stay there during their Niagara visit.

From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the service provided was subpar and disheartening.One of the main reasons for my dissatisfaction was the unaccommodating attitude displayed by the front desk staff. Despite having specifically requested an adjoining room during the online booking process, I was met with utter disregard for this requirement upon my arrival.This was a significant inconvenience as I was traveling with my family, including young children who needed the proximity for safety and ease of access between rooms. The online booking system had given me a sense of reassurance that our needs would be met, only for that hope to be dashed by the front desk staff's blatant lack of concern.In particular, I had the displeasure of interacting with Emily at the front desk. Her behavior was not only disappointing but downright rude. It was evident that she had no interest in assisting guests or addressing their concerns. Her dismissive attitude and unwillingness to even listen to my predicament left a sour taste in my mouth. As a guest, I expected a level of professionalism and courtesy that was sorely lacking in Emily's demeanor. Her conduct was a stark reminder that the success of any hospitality establishment hinges on the quality of its staff interactions, and in this regard, the Hampton Inn fell abysmally short.Moreover, I found the lack of consideration for families with children to be distressing. Traveling with young ones can be challenging, and having a seamless and safe accommodation experience is of paramount importance. The fact that the Hampton Inn failed to prioritize this need, despite my prior communication and the assurances given during the booking process, speaks volumes about their disregard for their guests' comfort and well-being.In conclusion, my stay at the Hampton Inn hotel was an unfortunate lesson in the importance of customer service and meeting guest expectations. The unaccommodating front desk, highlighted by Emily's rudeness and indifference, coupled with the failure to provide the specifically requested adjoining room, left a lasting negative impression. I would strongly advise against choosing this hotel, especially for families with children who deserve a more considerate and respectful treatment during their stay. My experience was a stark reminder that a hotel's reputation is not solely built on its facilities but is heavily influenced by the quality of service and care extended to its guests. My family and I certainly won't be returning to the Hampton Inn, and I encourage others to explore alternative options to ensure a more pleasant and stress-free stay.

I would like to share my experience at this hotel. Upon check in, the front desk receptionist was very friendly and thorough! The next morning was not, however. The breakfast offered was sub-par and complete chaos. I went down for breakfast at 9:00 and it was a zoo... nothing really to choose from and no one was there replenishing available items. As for the room... I did not bring any shampoos or body wash because it was advertised that these items were provided. Needless to say, while I'm already in the shower, all the bottles were empty. I don't know how long this was neglected but these are big bottles that have obviously not been filled in sometime. I wasn't able to even clean myself or wash my hair. There was also no hairdryer! At checkout, there was someone behind the desk and all she said was just put my key cards in the desk. I asked her for a reciept. She seemed annoyed and proceeded to go back behind the desk to print it up. I mentioned to her the issue I experienced about not having soap or shampoos. She said- oh "sorry about that". I asked her " that's all you have to say about that? I paid over $300 for this room and I didn't have a basic necessity that is advertised by your hotel." I did tell her she was not providing excellent customer service. Not once did she ask me how my stay was or thank me. I have stayed at many Hilton properties. This was a disappointing stay for the money. I would expect this at some roadside motel, not a Hilton Branded property!

Awesome property! Brand new, this place is excellent place to unwind. They have a nice little swimming pool for the kids and is conveniently located in the heart of pretty much everything you want to do in Buffalo. A really nice breakfast with tons of options. In my opinion, the best part of the entire property is the 24/7 coffee service front and center in the lobby - always fresh with all the fixings!If you are a diamond member, they have a very nice welcome amenity in addition to front center parking for diamond members as well!
