Spent a weekend in Buffalo and decided to do some retro game hunting. Will say they have a decent selection of older games when compared to other stores in the area. Great staff too.

Was looking all over town for gamecube games. Went to 2 different gamestop locations and 3 different vintage game stores. Was able to find two Tony Hawk original gamecube games (underground & american wasteland). Go up to the counter to cash out and someone hanging out with the employees acknowledges the games I picked out saying Tony Hawk Underground brought them back to another decade. LONE BEHOLD STAFF STRAIGHT UP LIED TO MY FACE SAYING 'COULDN'T FIND THE DISC'. Felt cheated out of a game at this store, super unprofessional, why put a game on the shelf if you don't want to sell it. Payments are also not contactless / some strange payment reader behind the counter. Wouldn't trust them with my personal info / would only pay cash here. Will never go back.

called specifically to ask if they have any guitar hero games for the wii. the dude who answered the phone just said yep. we asked which ones, his response was “a bunch”. we drove 20 minutes to come to the store, they didn’t have a single guitar hero game on the floor for sale. he had to look in the back for several minutes and brought out the only game we already own. sad we had to drive 20 minutes to find out information he could have told us over the phone if he looked on the shelf.

I have not yet had an experience with this establishment due to the workers negligence. Thank you for reading.

Really cool store with so much variety. Came in for Magic the Gathering cards and found what we needed. Good service too. Will be back to check out all the video game options as well.

Not a review I'd like to make, I really love and respect used game stores. But I was really disappointed by my experience here... I called a few hours before I arrived about selling an Xbox S console and they told me to expect about 10% more than what GameStop's Pro cash trade-in offer online would be. I left for the store, which is an extra hour drive compared to my nearest Gamestop. When I got there, I was told they may not even buy it before even looking at it, but they checked something in the back and changed their mind. After that, they opened it and began checking it, quickly finding that it was all in really good condition. They offered me a trade that was even lower than Gamestop's Pro cash offer online, I had to double check afterwards that it hadn't changed in the last few hours, which it hasn't and is still valued at a better cash offer. This contradicted what I was told on the phone and the 10% extra trade value that sold me on coming here in the first place wasn't even considered. I didn't feel I had an oppurtunity to question the offer, it seemed set in stone as they told me what the total would be if all checked out, but later claimed we agreed upon it to a co-worker as though I was allowed to negotiate. I don't think this is right, especially if misinformation is being sent over the phone when it's different in person. I agreed to the trade mainly because I drove all the way out there and didn't want to walk away empty handed, but also because I'm deeply non-confrontational and have difficulty speaking up for myself or just in general. That's the main reason why I called ahead, I wanted to know how much it would sell for before I got there so I wouldn't have to ask in person. I genuinely feel ripped off and it's a bummer to say that I should've just gone to a GameStop instead... I truly appreciate what these stores do, but this was a very unfortunate situation that shouldn't have happened and could've easily been avoided with honest communication and fair trade deals.

Best store for magic the gathering in Buffalo they have pretty much everything. You can go in with a list of what you need and they’ll have it all pulled in no time
