“I purchased a New Queen Mattress and Box spring Thursday morning. The owner Tone was very accommodating and professional. Delivery was between 12-2 not a bad timeframe at all. It arrived at 113& Tone called to inform me my delivery was outside my bldg. His employees/ delivery team was very compassionate to my bad back and loaded my purchase on my elevator... “If picking up from Umbra, go to the left (east) side of building for check-in. If there are trucks already in the small driveway, park on the road and walk. FCFS. For TCH, it's the one on the right (west) side of the building with the huge u-turn space.
Most of the wait is getting onto the docks but it's quick once docked.”
“I absolutely LOVE this place. Oftentimes I find myself in need of a swift kick out the door. I spend so much but gain enormously. If I spent what I do anywhere else, I'd be walking out with 1 outfit. Here, that turns into 4-5-6 outfits. Your money goes a long way here, AND with name brands as well. But definitely make sure to try on those questionable sizes, because if you're a 36 waist normally, ya may find yourself fitting into a 32 waist here. You have to search, because that gem of clothing may be hiding in a place it shouldn't be. Quality Work(skilled labor) clothes for sure. All at fractions of normal prices. I literally have to kick myself out of here. But I leave begrudgingly satisfied and Happy. You will wonder why you shop anywhere else after stepping inside this store.”

I stopped in from out of town and chatted with the owner and one of the men that works there about moving to Buffalo and the area.
