My complaint about HomeGoods has nothing to do with customer service or prices but with the hopelessly off-point selection which has plagued their stores for several years, now. HomeGoods seems, for some inexplicable reason, to want to insist upon some kind of an India-inspired design trend which, frankly, does not exist. In spring, now, and headed for summer, I want to see more Ralph Lauren and less Safavieh. More ship's wheels and fewer Buddhas. More navy blue and white striped nautical decor and less intricate middle eastern patterns. More Americana and less of the orient.Who, exactly, are the American shoppers decorating their homes to look like a Haveli in Rajasthan? Nobody I know. The current design trends favor something leaning towards a nouveau-preppy, ivy league revival look--a clean and simplified all-American retro style. HomeGoods, however, seems, for the umpteenth year in a row, fairly hellbent upon selling an aesthetic which was never quite on anybody's radar screen in the first place. Please, HomeGoods, hit the reset button. It's past time to move on.

The thing I love most about HomeGoods is the excellent selection of all the extras you need to make your house a home. I was able to find a few goodies. There's also a $2000 life size horse statue at the door.

How have I not been here before? Goodness gracious this place has everything you need AND MORE at great prices! Because there is so much stuff it can be a bit overwhelming but you just need to block out time and enjoy each aisle. I love the coffee section and the kitchen supply section is great! Bedding seemed to have wonderful prices and the storage and organizing sections were stocked! Love it. Will be back for sure!

This location is fairly new, but feels like any other Home Goods with LOTS of items and often cluttered. Although it's next to TJ Maxx, the stores aren't connected like they were down the street which was disappointing.

Poor customer service received today. I was in the store last night and bought a set of oil and vinegar bottles, one of which ended being broken. I immediately called and was put on with a manager, spoke with a guy, and he said if I came in today between 2 and close he would "personally take care of the return himself". I went back to the store today at 230 to return the broken item and the women helping me had a lot of attitude. One was older, longer dark hair, she was the rudest, and one younger. I had said that I talked to the manager about a return and explain what was wrong and she asked me what his name was and when I said I didn't remember , she said "oh" and when I went to talk again, she put her hand up and said " you don't need to say anything else ". That's rude and all of this for a $6 return. Not to mention she gave me a dirty look the whole time. Your employees need to work on their customer service and not make people feel bad for returning something.
