Hope House Apartments

Hope House Apartments are housing program-based apartments owned by Matt Urban Center and leased through Best Self Behavioral Health's program for mental health and rehabilitation patients. The apartments became available in late 2020. They turned out beautifully and came furnished with brand new appliances, though it was slightly apparent the renovator rushed and cut a few corners. There have been a few mostly minor inconveniences over the past year and a half, as expected with any renovation. Some promised amenities, like the relocation of a soup kitchen and clothing closet to the basement and a computer room, have yet to happen. Overall, there are more praises than complaints for the building and the establishments that run it, with feelings leaning slightly tilted towards the positive.
