Always love coming here. The staff is amazing and very attentive. I always find tons of things for my kids as well as myself. It's probably one of the better stores left at the McKinley Mall.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU SCARE EASILY. NOT FOR THE FAINT OF HEART. I saw a VERY disturbing t-shirt depicting a creepy looking "anime" character. My son notified me that his name was "Light Yagami". Pretty awesome store

Definitely not the same store I grew up with, it used to focus almost entirely on music but not there is only one small area of music and didn't even have a full size variety in any shirt style they offered. Sad to see where hot topic has gone in the last 10-15 years.

Small and quaint little Hot Topic store. Very organized, very friendly and helpful staff. Chuck is awesome, he really helped out a lot. I was looking for a specific item and he knew exactly what I was looking for, found it right away and even held it for me until I was ready to complete my purchase. This store has the best items that can be found in Hot Topic. They are not at all cluttered and had everything I was looking for. I was a bit disappointed with the Galleria Mall location but in comparison I love the McKinley Mall location and will definitely be coming to this location from this point forward. Also, SALES!!! HOT CASH!!! LOVE IT!!!!!!

Stop at hot topic for a pick up order at the Mc Kinley mall very nice organized store a guy named Chuck was working that day and was helpful and friendly. While I was there I browsed around since I got a 25% ticket from Chuck I purchased a Barbie tee shirt for my daughter nice price with the 25% off plus shirt was already 50% off nice store like it better than the galleria Mall thanks Chuck for the banter and great service

I just did a pickup at store order. They were having a sale on earrings, buy two get third free. Unfortunately the actual pair my daughter wanted weren't available even though online it said it was. I called customer service and they are sending me the pair, free shipping and honoring the sale. I was happy with customer service as well as the associates at the actual store.

Aside from introducing new things to the store like anime and such, this is one of the stores that stuck to their roots! Also love that employees dont bother you when youre just trying to shop!

This is my favorite store in the mall. Not only do they have cool things and always have a clearance sale going on, the people who work here are great! They're very helpful, and have wonderful, welcoming personalities.
