Honestly, the people are great in this store, however I don't often see new merchandise and need to shop more online or go to a bigger store. It's clean, folks are friendly and very helpful.

I came in from Ontario, Marz greeted me, and was so happy to help. The store was stocked, clean and organized. And Marz, being the only person on the floor was so very helpful. 10 bazillion stars.

My kids love Hot Topic clothing and items. If you join the rewards program and follow coupons, you can really save A LOT and get things at a very reasonable price. I have also been getting new T shirts and sweatshirts there for myself by looking online since they have a much larger selection and some great artists!

I was there shopping for the pride festival. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and gave me ideas on what to wear because of the weather. I've always had a great experience shopping here.

I was having a really rough day the rain outside was effecting my seasonal depression, I decided to contemplate my poor life decisions and thought I would relive some of my misspent youth as a mall rat, I was drawn into this hot topic, my first impression was how clean and organized everything is, as I snooped around I was surprisingly greeted by the store manager and asked if I needed help, I told her lady you don’t know that half of it, slightly intimidated by her she brought a big smile to my face and I can now walk this planet at peace, thank you hot topic

Extremely welcoming, helpful, and friendly employees from my experience. I would recommend it if it's a store that piques your interest. Good variety to choise from and typically it is well stocked. Definitely have the rewards set up and make it worth your wile.
