Tax prep submitted my refund to an old closed account that I asked her not too and resulted in me having to wait longer for my refund and then they denied me my refund for the tax prep fee all while not even sending out a notification. I will never file with H&R Block again.

This is definitely one of the worst branches!! Unprofessional, they don’t communicate at all! Telling you a price when you drop your taxes off and then when you pick them up it’s a different price! Sounds fishy as hell! Scam!!! On top of that it literally took 6 weeks for them to finish smh!!
