No stars, received bill in mail and want to pay by credit card over phone, no one answers and left a message 2X no return call, but they want their money ASAP, now they can wait until due date

I got a bill one month ago and now i got second one in the mail for $150. It was from two years ago and on my son name.I tried to reach them but they are not answering the phone.
If you read the other google reviews, the amount is fix $150.it is weird! They are definitely scammer!

The company should not be used by any medical provider. Billing department, reception etc. no answers. No test results. Zero stars is correct. Had to put one star to send
