Great place to stay in the Buffalo area. We were looking for a place that was not a "hotel" and this fit the bill. Value for what you received is excellent. The room was immaculate and very comfortable. Guest services was great as well. Overall we had an excellent experience and will definitely be looking to stay with them again in the future. If you're looking for a place to stay that is not a chain hotel while receiving excellent service, this is the place. Thanks again for the wonderful experience!Rooms: The cleanliness was amazing. Comfortable bed and great bathroom and amenities.

This is worth a visit. We stayed in the upstairs room and loved. Glad that it was dark early as there wasn't much for window coverings. Could get the AC working which wasn't a huge deal given the time of year. But seriously those are minor things because this house it beautiful.Absolutely must go for a couple's weekend.Walkability: Lots to see in walking distanceLots of great food too

I can't say enough about this place. It is beautiful and historic but also very personal. From first entering the place, the staff is friendly and helpful and has historic tidbits to share. The breakfast provided is wonderful, there are always snacks out. And the rooms are amazing, including that front porch. My room had a clawed foot tub and a rib cage shower (which is historic to the house and area - you can see one at Frank Lloyd Wright's Martin House which is in the area). The neighborhood has amazing home architecture in it and makes for a nice stroll. I have stayed in a lot of B&Bs and Inns, including the Inn at Little Washington and by far, from top to bottom, this was the best experience I have ever had. There are also the small things that you don't notice when they are done but notice when they aren't like that the place is always clean, that it is easy to get water/snacks, that there is good communication between staff. Thanks to Joe the owner and Paul and all the other staff for making such a wonderful place to be. It makes me definitely want to come back to visit Buffalo.Rooms: The rooms are all decorated to match the feeling of a historic house while still being comfortable. I loved the Hewitt.Nearby activities: Buffalo is a city of parks (Delaware in particular) and of murals (you can see them driving around) and historic homes (Frank Lloyd Wright's Martin House is not far and definitely worth the tour). There are many art museums, I loved the Penny Burchfield.

I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude and share my elation about the exceptional experience my family and I had during our recent stay. Our visit to the InnBuffalo was nothing short of extraordinary, and I am so thankful that I found this gem in Buffalo!First and foremost, THANK YOU to the entire team for their unwavering commitment to excellence, but two individuals truly stood out as stars in making our stay and my sister's 1920s themed 40th birthday party a remarkable success – Joseph, the Innkeeper, and Zena, the Inn Manager.Joseph – The Innkeeper Extraordinaire:From the moment we stepped foot into InnBuffalo, Joseph's warm and welcoming demeanor set the tone for our stay. He not only made us feel at home but went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our visit was impeccable. His attention to detail, passion for the property's history, and genuine desire to make our experience extraordinary were evident at every turn. Joseph even recommended vendors to help elevate our event even more. All were incredible! He even surprised us at the end of the event with Fireworks. Best part, he even dressed to the nines in 1920s flair. All of our guests were blown away with his charm and hospitality.Zena – The Inn Manager Extraordinaire:Her dedication and professionalism in coordinating my sister's 1920s themed 40th birthday party were absolutely outstanding. Every intricate detail of the event was executed flawlessly, from the exquisite décor that transported us back in time to the impeccable service throughout the evening. She was even able to make magic happen when we added extra dinners VERY last minute. Zena's meticulous planning and unwavering commitment to making our celebration a success was evident in every aspect of the event. She made sure everything ran seamlessly, allowing us to relax and enjoy the evening to the fullest. In addition to Joseph and Zena's exceptional contributions, the entire staff (housekeeping and breakfast team) at InnBuffalo demonstrated a level of service and hospitality that exceeded every expectation. The historic mansion itself is a true gem, exuding charm and character at every corner. The elegant ambiance, comfortable accommodations, and the delightful breakfasts added to our overall enjoyment. We also took part in their Saturday morning yoga. They had a live celloist playing- it was beyond beautiful. I was truly in awe.Our stay at InnBuffalo was not just a hotel stay; it was an experience we will cherish for a lifetime. The team not only understands the importance of exceptional service but also knows how to create unforgettable memories for their guests.Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for making my sister's 40th birthday celebration a truly magical and unforgettable event. We are grateful beyond words for the exceptional service, attention, and care we received during our stay. InnBuffalo holds a special place in our hearts, and we look forward to returning in the VERY near future.

This is a wonderful place with beautiful, spacious rooms in a quiet neighborhood near downtown. But what really makes it special is the great staff and service. Breakfast is excellent. Also the owner went out of his way to help us and taught us a lot about the area. I will always stay here when I come to Buffalo.

Everything was top-notch and welcoming - starting with a spacious front porch where people actually gather, and continuing to the exquisite home-made granola (we pocketed some for our bike ride!), and grounded in the elegant underground poolroom/ speakeasy with a gratis bar cart.Joseph, the proprietor, couldn’t have been more helpful - introducing himself, sharing travel tips, and even shuttling us to our bike ride start. He is keeping our luggage as we bike the Erie - can’t wait to return for our last night. The rooms are elegant and historical; beautiful sparkling bathrooms, and individual HVAC splits. The breakfast is perfect and healthy - except for the blueberry scones - they melt in your mouth and encourage overeating - as does the lovely staff.

We were blown away by this incredible inn! The amazing restoration taking place on this gorgeous mansion is just awesome, and the friendly owner/inn keeper Joe shared so many fun facts and interesting stories about the property with us.We stayed in the Fulton-Rose wing and couldn't have been any more comfortable. We had two rooms (one with a large outdoor balcony that we loved) and a private hallway bathroom just steps from the rooms. The beds were super comfy, rooms immaculate, and there were so many nice touches. Fresh water in carafes, Keurig coffee makers, cozy robes, etc.We really loved the morning breakfast offerings, which are ready to grab and go in adorable mason jars (Greek yogurt, fresh berries, oj). The homemade granola, fresh blueberry scones and great local coffee were all to die for.Overall the warmest, coziest stay and we can't wait to go back!!

WOW! This was our 3rd stay here. We now have new family in Buffalo and this Inn is our home away from home. Joe and his team take pride in the Inn and it shows in every detail. The rooms are unique and beautiful, nothing cookie-cutter about them. It is very clean too.The food is amazing. I love the breakfast of Yogurt, Fruit, Scones, coffee, cereal and eggs. They leave snacks and beverages out throughout the day if you get a little hungry. The garden & grounds are beautiful. The neighborhood is walkable to a number of nearby activities and parks. On our 3rd stay, we rented the whole Inn for a family and for our sons wedding. We had the rehearsal dinner/party there for 120+ people. It was spectacular. The food was tremendous and the staff pushed the 'easy' button for us and were super accommodating and helpful. They gave all of our guests a delicious taste of Buffalo. Thank you.

We had an incredible experience staying at InnBuffalo! The place has endless amounts of charm and is notably well cared for. The staff was unbelievably friendly and welcoming. Every single person goes out of their way to make your stay as inviting and comfortable as possible. Joe, the owner, is special and we will definitely be back next time we are in Buffalo. Thank you for everything!

This is a very nice bed and breakfast. I think the demographic is more elderly couples as the walls were thinner and the furniture and general vibe is more old fashioned. There is very limited parking. My room was not clean and there was a large hair ball left by the previous guest. I was definitely grossed out.
