I had an urgent need to install propane tanks for heating a hospital, and Irish delivered and installed them promptly and efficiently. Dave was very friendly and professional. I would certainly recommend this company.

We paid 800 bux to have a tank filled and fell behind on 12 doller a month payments because covid and we failed to get bill, They came and stole 700 gallons of propane because of a 200 dollar bill we were going to pay that day.And they snuck on our land to do it.Didnt leave a note didnt call,,nothing. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

We have had great difficult with this company. We are a not for profit Who rescues horses and trains them to help returning veterans. We try to choose our vendors wisely and this company was referred to us. In the course of one yearthey changed what they were and weren’t charging for three times and each time we agreed to their recommended next step, they came up with a different charge. They also double billed us. Be cautious if you try to work with them.

I have had nothing but problems with their accounting department. They take money out when I never authorized it. Then when I call to ask why they could not give me a direct answer. Then set up automatic payments and then the money never gets taken out. The whole point of that is so that is one less thing I have to worry about, but yet have to call every time. Any time you talk to someone and they "take notes in the account" you talk to someone else and they have no record of it. I have seriously have had nothing but issues with this company. I have had so many problems with them, too many to type out. They clearly are not organized and maybe just do not know what they are doing in the office aspect.

Went there to get two 30lb tanks filled. They wanted over 70 dollars. Needless to say, I got it filled elsewhere for only 43 dollars.I’ll never walk back in their doors.

I was trying to get rid of some small propane cylinders and Irish would except them but it was $5 a cylinder I only paid six dollars with propane in them.The man who did answer the phone was nice I would have to add

Great guys, fair prices, and quick service. Get your propane tank filled here and you get to leave with your tank versus someone else’s rusty one.

I was a loyal and patient customer for over 16 years. They could never figure out the billing, they would not send us a bill, then charge us late fees for not paying it, or we would pay the bill then they would send us another one with late charges and we would have to prove that we paid it the first time on time before due date. They would also send us our neighbors bill, or they would get ours, I could go on and on but I think you get the point. I contacted them to come get their tanks because I’m having another company supply us with propane. After several calls and waiting over a month, I decided to remove the tanks myself using my company time and equipment. When they finally picked up the tanks, they charged me $150 for a pump out charge. I disputed this and said I think they are not being reasonable because I am not charging them for moving their tanks. Very bad business

I have had a great experience with this company from initial call to set up home propane delivery to paying invoices. Every one I have spoken to has been helpful, polite, and thorough. The ladies in the billing department are awesome
