I love this place. The owners are usually friendly and kind. Once in a while I will see new staff there. I have a different experience with the new staff. Overall clean and reasonable services.

I went there on February 12th and there is this man, he mess me up plus what I asked is not what I got and the acrylic he used is not the one I wanted. He used some clear acrylic and it’s so bad. I’m so dissatisfied right now 😭

I used to go to Luss in the Niagara falls boulevard but they get so many customers that it always takes several hours and the prices are high. They give out free drinks but not consistently. I liked JJ Nails, it was super easy to make an appointment, I got in and got out in under an hour. Quiet & clean atmosphere. Prices are great.

Charged me $80.00 for a Pedicure & Gel Manicure. Both began chipping by the next day! Never had that happen before. My gel usually lasts for weeks/months, elsewhere. Returned two days later for them to fix it. They did, which was nice, but now it’ll be a week tomorrow I had them done. They are chipping even worse now on both my hands & feet. Allow me to backtrack a bit, $80 for a Gel Manicure. No Acrylic, & it started chipping the very next day. After the Tech “fixed it,” she never gave an explanation as to why that happened so prematurely! I did my own little digging. I think it’s the Polish. Very, very thin as if something was added to it maybe. I’m not sure. Either way, won’t be taking my Money again.

Listen to the reviews and only ask for John. I went to a woman there. Didn't use the fan once, aggressively took off my old nails, didn't even let me wash my hands or wipe them at the end. Just said "70 dollars" ? Also I showed them matte nails but they just didn't do it. It went by so fast and aggressive, they just wanted me gone but there were only me and one other customer...Won't be going back but not the worst place....What a waste of hard earned money.

I complained a couple times that I was a diabetic. I had sores in my feet from digging to deep. And Kim that did my toes and nails that I have told on multiple occasions about the situation gave me an attitude about it. I talked to John the other nail technician and I didn't expect him to be ignorant he was very inconsiderate. They will also take your money and overcharge you on Sloppy work they are very unprofessional I would ask for a certain design and they will create their own. My friend got an allergic reaction on her toes and hands due to fungi each time she went?

I ended up going there around the time that they would be closing. instead of letting me know that they would be closing soon, they took me without saying anything and completed my nails within the 10 minutes that they had untilclosing. I’ve never seen a worse nail job. it looked like how i did my nails when i was in first grade. it literally looked like someone put fresh nail polish on and then washed their hands right after while it was wet. there were huge streaks in the color. they didn’t wait for the acrylic to dry and then they didn’t wait forthe nail polish to dry before putting on the clear coat. it was only supposed to be a fill and a solid nail polish color. i’ve never been so embarrassed to have spent money on something. i would have rather they had just told me that they were closing and to come back. i was starting a new job the next day and that’s why i wanted them done. i wanted my nails to look cute and they ended up looking completely busted. doing a good job is more important than getting a quick buck. you should never take anyone if you don’t have time to do a decent job. this nail shop is about 30 seconds from my house and it sucks that i have to drive farther to another shop just to get a decent job.
