I didn’t take him for 2 weeks fearing it would be a disaster our friend referred us here.Absolutely the best experience you could have getting a 1 years old blood drawn. We went in, waited 30 seconds and got called back. The flembotimist drew his blood within 20 seconds. He cried forsure but it was much less than even vaccines.

Absolute incompetence. This was our second trip back because Kaleida lost our first set of land. At this appointment, there was one tech and a secretary who took about 20 minutes entering in the order. The tech then couldn’t draw enough blood from a perfectly healthy baby. Do not bring your child here under any circumstances.

Absolutely wonderful experience here after going to two Quest labs, waiting hours, and having them fail to draw blood for my 13mo old after multiple attempts. We were called within 15 minutes, she explained exactly what she was going to do, was caring and spoke sweetly to my upset daughter. Moving forward, this is the only lab I want to go to.

I came in pretty close to closing time and not only was the wonderful woman working today (6/23) still willing to take me, she stayed late to do my draw AND she even made an extra trip to make sure my a few of my scripts would be processed properly. I cannot even remember the last time I experienced such a high level of customer care or kindness from anyone in the medical field. It beyond made my day. I really wish I got her name because she deserves a lot of recognition and praise. Thank you for your kindness, compassion, and generosity!!!!!

Omg. The ladies were the best. Very professional and were have mastered their skill. Got my 8 month on the first stick and he didn't even cry. (Went to Children's and they kept fishing and digging and stuck him 3 times)I will only.be coming here from now on..

A three because one she was quick and showed my daughter everything she was going to use. BUT I did not give her a 5 due to it was my child’s first blood draw in 9 years and she kept yelling at my daughter and over talking me while I was trying to calm my daughter down would I use them again. Most likely not! The intern put the gauze way to tight on my daughter afterwards. She seemed nice at first but the first panic my daughter had she was not having it. She could have handled it a better way for sure. I’m just glade my daughter got it done
