The reviews here are definitely false reviews because they are super over priced not to mention it takes them days to even fixes the problems so you will go days without your , highly recommend not going I would never recommend them to anybody at all.

I went to this shop based off of the Google reviews and man did this place live up to the overwhelmingly positive reviews they have received thus far. Fair pricing, friendly and funny staff. In speaking over the phone and talking to the owner and staff in person i seriously felt like they were friends and good people. As a female, I have always dreaded taking my car to the shop because I am in no way the expert and at other places have felt taken advantage of due to the fact that i have little to no knowledge. Kenmore auto tech put my fears to rest today. I am truly thankful and happy to have come across this shop!Services: General repairs & maintenance

Recently, I told somebody I was taking my car to Kenmore Auto Tech for an oil change. I was asked why do I drive all the way out to Kenmore when I live in Getzville. I go there because it's worth the drive. I have taken my cars to Kenmore Auto Tech for years. I have also purchased a vehicle for my son from there. Tim and Devon's knowledge of cars is very impressive but the personal attention they give their customers is superior to any shop I have been to. They are not just technicians their trusted advisers. I have sent several friends and family members to them and I will continue todo so. They take pride in their work.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

Fair & honest - friendly too. They fixed my cooling system leak within hours of me stopping by with my Buick. They know what they're doing and can work on any car. I'd make a return visit the next time I need a repair.Service: General repairs & maintenance
