Everything has been first class as far as the level of service and financial advice they have given me. I highly recommend this branch of Key Bank.

I now have to come to this location if I want a Drive Thru, because my neighborhood Key Bank closed down. This drive thru is smaller, only one lane. But they seem to work faster here than at my original bank. The worker both times I've come here now is very kind, polite & is helpful.

This bank is absolutely wonderful. I like it so much better than M and tea. At all of the branches the key employees are positive and helpful.

This Bank can be a challenge to come to, because the parking lot is so busy. There's traffic from M&T bank as well as other store and restaurants. I came to use their ATM, and I didn't have any issues. I am not sure how the service is inside, so I can't speak on that. But if I am in the area, I will use the ATM again.

I should’ve read the reviews before making a cash deposit at this bank atm. Tried to put in $180, atm gave me back $5 with a receipt saying that my transaction could not be completed. Went in the bank with my two year old son to resolve the matter. Was told that he will have the atm lock guy look into it and call me back by the end of the day. He didn’t. I called the bank only to be told that I have to dispute the charges. Tried to dispute the charges, customer service told me that there is no record of my deposit. Said they sent me a letter, they didn’t. My account was charged with an overdraft fee. None of these issues have been resolved and they kept on telling me that there’s no records of me being there even though there are cameras at every ATM. Didn’t know that this is their mode of practice to swindle every dollar out of their customers. Closing my account and will contact BBB.

This bank is incredibly small, and you feel kind of out of place when you walk in. They have a few cubicle offices on the side for anyone needing more than help than just depositing or withdrawing. Their is a uniformed officer always on the premises, which does make one feel very safe. The drive-thru ATM is incredibly annoying, because unless you pull in at a specific angle, you can't get very close. I am convinced that whomever installed this ATM had 10 ft long arms. Because no matter how close I get to it, I still have to take off my seat belt, open my car door, hang out of it and hold on to the ATM like I'm scaling one of those climbing walls. When you're inside the bank, the line can get very long, and so can the wait. I've never had an issue with any of the tellers. I do like that this bank is open on Saturday. Not many are, so it's nice that I'm able to come here and do some banking, if I'm just too lazy to have done it at the end of the day on Friday.

If you need a bank with people you can depend on when you need it most keep moving!! Key proved to be a really bad choice when I needed them to do the right thing for my house closing. A simple wire transfer of MY money, from MY account was the task they failed at miserably. Instead they followed a ridiculous policy by saying I had to be at a branch in person (I was 10 hours away) to sign a form and then it would still take 3-4 days delaying my house closing. Key bank you failed

Posting this review solely based on a couple of the tellers at this location. Was helped by a younger female teller today who had her name tag mostly covered by her sweater. First name started with “A...â€. She looked like she had permanent angry face. I went out of my way to be nice to her, saying hi, asking how she is, smiling. Got nothing back other than attitude, and mumbling. Not the first time I've encountered attitude tellers at this location. Perhaps you guys should look into some “niceness†training. Totally turned off from coming here for teller services and from now on I'll forget convenience and just go to my normal branch. The relationship/personal bankers on the other hand here are the great. Especially Megan, who is as sweet as one could be!

They don't know what they are doing, they need to go back to training and do the 9 months worth of training same as the corporate employees.. i got sent away 2xs and now have to go up there 4 a third time this building is not close to me so I have to take 2 buses to get up there. Only reason i opened it was because they open on Saturday. The lack of knowledge is just ignorant. They want to argue w me on what the corporate office said same as there fraud department. I was bewildered, but even more frustrated.

A teller passed me a counterfeit $100 dollar bill on Saturday. I took out $880 dollars. I gave $800 to my wife. She went to the bank I went to work. 15 minutes later my wife calls me crying saying she has counterfeit money. We meet back at the Key Bank branch. We tell them we have counterfeit money from this bank and they tell us to wait in line. They try to see everyone in line before us. We sit down with Mr. Demarco and he tells us it is our problem. Once the money leaves the door it becomes your responsibility. We argue with him, and he couldn't give my wife and I, any official procedure they have for inspecting incoming money. He did say he couldn't tell if the bill we had was fake or not. In fact he refused to say it was a counterfeit bill. After arguing with him for 15 minutes he said he wanted to help us and he needed to talk to his higher up. He said they would call first thing in morning. I called him at 12:00 I called him at 1:00 I just came on here to get the banks phone number but I saw Rate and Review and I wanted to warn everyone to become money experts so you can protect yourself from the fake $100 dollar bills this branch is handing out! Update: The bank is now willing to replace the $100 Bill.

Absolutely atrocious. Do not do business with this bank, they are incompetent. I opened an account with them, they refused to allow me to access my funds. This is the most fraudulent business I have ever dealt with in my entire life. The bank manager refused to talk with me. Laughably shady and despicable.

Mr. DeMarco, is accommodating and understands the business and family needs we have in banking. He is professional and helpful. We are fortunate to have in our financial corner. All things being equal, Key Bank will always be our bank of choice so long as Mr. DeMarco is in charge.
