I went to cash a check written from a key bank account...provided my drivers license, social security number & told it would cost me $7.50 because I don't have an account at Key Bank...No thanks (;-(

all key banks atms are outdated. but this atm is the worst its never accepts cash then when it finally does it eats my card and cash and did not give me credit. key bank customer service or the branch location has yet to deposit my funds or provide a provisional credit for me to use while they sort it out. it's been a week.

The only reason this place gets two stars is cause the security guard is nice. The tellers are extremely rude. Every time I go in the place they always seem like they are having a bad day and take it out on the customers. Honestly I hate going to this Key Bank. They need a lot of improvements.

Today I called Key Bank Customer Service. My call was answered by the Buffalo Call Center. Truthfully, I was at my wits end.....a problem with my son's debit card (he's 700 miles away at an Academy). I tried to get help at my local branch (in Michigan) to no avail. This poor girl in Buffalo got on the phone with my local branch, was on the phone for nearly 3 hours, and straightened the entire situation out for me. The best treatment/service I've ever received from a bank! Thank you, Denise B.!! You rock!!

Yesterday, I deposited $400 into a drive thru ATM at 274 Elmwood Avenue. However, the ATM did not register the deposit, and when I requested that it return the deposit to me it gave me an error message saying that it may not have been able to return all items. I immediately called customer service as the branch was not open on President's Day. The person from fraud claims was unhelpful to say the least.
