I went there to get a manicure. I needed the chipped gel removed and I wanted regular nail polish added. They had an elderly woman who removed my gel, cut my nails and trimmed my cuticles. She cut my one nail sideways, and then she overtrimmed a cuticle causing it to be red and sore instantly. She also missed some of the gel that was still stuck on my thumbnail. I said something to her right away to make her aware of what she had done and she started talking to the gentleman next to her in a different language. A younger girl came over who had to fix what the other lady had missed regarding the gel removal and uneven cut nails. The whole point of paying for a manicure is to have somebody else do your nails better than you could have done yourself, but it looks like if I want something done right, I have to do it on my own. It took my cuticle 3 days before it finally healed. I think it's safe to say I won't be going back.

Love this nail salon. All of the workers were wonderful. They are super friendly and did my pedicure perfectly. They really make sure their spa experience is amazing for all of their clients. They will bring out each box to see which one you would like. I deffinatly recommend them if your looking for a new place to get your nails and toes done

I have been going to Kim's for a few years now. The last year the service and quality has been going down. They are super friendly and honest if they can't do a design but they do rush their sets. I understand that they're super busy but I have been unhappy the last two times I have gone. My nails are goopy with the layers of gel, sloppy designs, not filing all of my nails, I could keep going. I still love everyone who works there but I'm not sure if I will be returning anytime soon. They overbook too, there were 3 nail techs and 5 ppl with an appointment at 10am.

Polish started chipping two days after getting them done. They did fix them, but seemed to have an attitude about it, male tech, wouldn't even make eye contact when trying to explain how unhappy I was. They definitely don't have to worry about me ever coming through their door again.

First time there…was able to get a pedi without an appt and no waiting. Jimmy did my pedi… wasn’t rushed and very friendly. Very homey feel…seemed like nobody was a stranger when they walked in…definitely going back ?
