HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!I have waited a month and a half almost two for my bank. The branch manager stopped taking my calls so a man started(Santos) he is highly nonchalant. This bank has let me down terribly I will be switching first chance I get

I understand the frustration of the other person who commented on the loan customer service and to an extent that person is right. BUT - besides that this bank is great. They know me when I walk in and I am not there very often. The president of the branch saved my mom from someone who was pressuring her to take out all of her money and give it to him. He knew my mom and knew something about her was not right and sensed that something bad was going on. I am so grateful for that. I have had a great deal of frustration with other banks but Lakeshore is easy going and friendly. You'll never see that at B of A or any other big bank.

This bank is terrible. Terrible customer service. I was made fun of jokingly at a sit down meeting with a loan officer, which was very unprofessional. They are not advocates of customer service or trained to "put people first". I was never called to forward the processing of my loan, but instead I always had to call them to further the loan to closure. You would think that a place that is literally taking all of your money would care more about making their customers happy. Not only that but they have messed up paperwork that cost me money and resulted in the denial of my first mortgage request. They have never reached out to apologize for inconveniences or accepted any responsibility for the things they have neglected to do or take care of. Dealing with this bank for the past two years has been a nightmare.

A very nice local bank. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is truly personable.
