Lexington Cooperative Market is a fantastic and friendly grocery store with a very clean and appealing layout. The staff are welcoming, kind, helpful, and happy. The store offers a great and amazing selection of fresh, local, organic, and healthy products, from fruit and veggies to bulk items, premade foods, and essentials. Customers highlight the fantastic premade soup, salad bar, and kimchi balls. It is a must-stop store that values the community and sustainability, though some items can be a bit pricey.
The Hertel store is our go-to location for bulk foods, and other grocery items. We usually find what we're looking for. The hot bar though, is not good. Not many selections and what they do have is usually all dried out whenever we go.

Stopped by the Lexington Co-op while in Buffalo and really enjoyed it overall. The store had a great local feel, and great healthy selection of foods.
