I had to update my review because after moving out and seeing the condition of our property I am furious. All of our things were soaked with rat/mouse urine and feces. It was basically a total loss and we paid thousands in 6 months to store it there. All our clothes, bedding/pillows, wood furniture and priceless family heirlooms(my family is all deceased) Once I gained my composure and called there the staff was not helpful at all and repeatedly said that since our stuff was out, their job was done. It took weeks to finally get the info to file a complaint. I'm disgusted and devastated. I went there specifically for it being indoors. The most important things can't be replaced and they were priceless. It's heartbreaking
