Went on to get a different sized storage. Clean office, efficient service. Fred is a great employee! Also Ron. Well edit: every few months they raise the rate. They call it internet promotional even if you get it in the office. I have moved my things 2x, now down to one the size of a tiny closet for more than the original large one. I don't fault the employees. The corporate does this on purpose. I will need to find a storage company they haven't bought. It is a monopoly..EDIT: Has finally been unaffordable and I moved to a different storage company. I would rather not have had to go through that. I still think the staff is great though. A clean and safe property. I DID move out a few days late and unlike the review below, Extra Space didn't lock me out. They were very considerate of my circumstances. Maybe the person below didn't contact them with their plans?

The guy who is there everyday is the worst. He goes up on the price talking about promotion from 100 to 173 and they will lock you out soon as you a day late. He also changed the late fee from 20 to 36 dollars. Talking about it was a one time deal but the regular price is 36. Be prepared to loose your stuff if you cant afford it dont go there. 9 months and im missing my shoes sneakers new sneakers and my box spring is gone to my mattress set a tool box never used i have the drill but they are stealing.

Merrick. and Ron were so helpful and kind! Always available to answer your questions and help in all areas of storage and moving! Do not pass go do not collect 200 dollars go to extra space!! You will not be disappointed!

Ron is the Manager of this site. The storage units are well kept and clean. The parking lot is also clean and ample carts (three in our building alone) are provided. Would highly recommend this company.
