Joseph our salesman was great. He listened to what we wanted and then showed us the options we could have. He was polite and through! I cannot wait until the bed gets to our home. He told us that it would be a while before we get it and both my husband and I figured not until December or even the beginning of January. Nope we will have it before thanksgiving! A

Partner and I went to look at mattresses, no real idea in mind of what we wanted or what we wanted to spend. Rob was incredibly helpful and informative. Instead of trying to sell a random mattress to make himself a quick buck he took the time to walk us through what we really wanted, helped us figure out how much we wanted to spend on a mattress and suggested we try synchrony since what we wanted wasn't in our price range. We were approved so we actually got to get the mattress we've been wanting for years, and he even gave us free shipping. Thank you Rob for all your help and knowledge!

We had NO intention of doing anything but looking when we went into Mattress Firm today as we’re looking for a bed for our new home. We were meet with such a great experience, advice, thoughtful questions, answers, such a knowledgeable and welcoming approach from Robert that the only decision to be made was why not get beds for our other bedrooms in our new house? We left with 3 beds, a King and two Queens and felt ecstatic with our purchases and the support we feel we’re destined for with Robert. He did Good… we feel Good, God blessed us, so Go Bills!

Went shopping at Mattress Firm for a mattress for my condo in Florida. Was pleasantly surprised that we could order here and have the mattress shipped to our condo from the Florida store. Joseph was our salesman. Very pleasant, not pushy and showed us several options based on our needs and budget. Would definitely buy from Mattress firm for my future needs.
