Probably one of the most "not customer service friendly" moving companies I contacted. They refused to provide an estimate without an address even though I provided the zip code. We are consolidating and I am not sure which address will be used. Then I was told they would not provide an estimate without doing a virtual tour of my home. They would not accept my list of items over the phone, nor work from the list I prepared via email. Very dissatisfied with their customer service. I guess when you're that big, the little moves don't count.
