Melting Point Jewelers was great! I called recently about fixing a clasp on my necklace and Diane was lovely and got me in the same day. Within less than 10 minutes, my clasp was fixed and cleaned up! Diane was very sweet and kind and she really helped me out with my minor issue. Actually this place is now located inside of Erik Jewelers. That is where I stopped for some advice on jewelry from THE master jeweler in WNY..Dave Anderson. Anything jewelry related...this is the place to go!
