“I was using a very small local jeweler who was very hard to schedule with, and I was referred here. I also needed an appraisal. I took my wedding ring in as the diamond was loose, and he tightened up the prongs around my ring, as well as appraised it, in less than 15 minutes. Fair price for the appraisal and he didn’t even charge me to tighten the prongs. Fast forward and my diamond came loose again, which he told me would happen. So i brought it back, and he tightened it again. I asked him if there was a more permanent fix, and he was very honest about not having the tools or equipment to help me, and told me what to look for on google to help me find who I needed. Again, no charge for the tightening of the prongs around my diamond. He is knowledgeable, and won’t waste your time. Appreciate this business!”
