Mercy Flight EMS transported a loved one of mine safely from Niagara Falls Hospital in Canada to Buffalo General. The EMS crew made us feel immediately in good hands. Our loved one was transported safely and is doing well. We can't thank them enough for their professionalism and empathetic care.
