I call for service it's only 25 minutes away I get pay $600 just to show up and plus 650 extra Labor it was replace a Tire only.. that's crazy but it's good i hope you you owner of merj fleet read this comment. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I recently received from this company.
On 06/21/2024 , I requested the assistance of a technician to help with an issue with my truck. The technician arrived after traveling 10 miles, but unfortunately, the service provided was extremely unsatisfactory.
The technician spent approximately 30 minutes at the location, but this time was not spent resolving the issue with my vehicle. Instead, he watched a YouTube video to try to determine what the problem might be. After this, he packed up his tools and left without performing any actual repairs or proper diagnostics. Despite this lack of service, I was charged $585.
I find this behavior unacceptable and not reflective of the standards expected from a professional roadside assistance service.
