Kinda feel like I was taken for a ride.
I’m happy with my mattress but the process of getting it soured me on this store. I thought it would go smoothly since it’s a national company but it was the opposite. My salesman Jack was nice enough, but he focused too much on the sales jargon and trying to get me to buy the most expensive temper pedic mattresses in the store. I settled on a nectar one, which I love, but I wish I knew it was one of those bed in a bag online mattresses that come all folded up, I would’ve just left and bought it online but it was my favorite in the store so I stayed. It had the wrong price tag on it so I ended up paying more than he told me originally, but I went through with it because I didn’t know I could’ve just bought it online. That’s my fault for not looking anything up before stopping in. I wish I didn’t buy the bed frame or box springs from here, they were so overpriced and after setting it all up, they’re definitely not worth the money. Jack wasn’t thorough at all, the whole process was pretty sloppy. He only ordered me one of the split box springs so when everything finally came I couldn’t even put my bed together. The delivery took a whole month even though I bought it on Labor Day. Then the $10 mattress bag never came so I can’t technically throw my old bed out with the weekly trash. He told me they were out of stock of a plastic bag and to try a different location to get one…. The delivery guys were great though and honestly more helpful. I called Metro that day and was told Jack would be in the next and would reach out to me, but guess what! He never did. I had to follow up again. I did end up getting my box spring 2 days after I actually talked to him thanks to the delivery guys. All in all, I don’t recommend this place. Jack told me twice about his $8k mattress at home, and how he puts protectors on hotel beds when he travels. I get that we sleep on beds every night but come on, that’s not how you sell one to the average person.

We were fortunate enough to have the showroom all to ourselves and the salesman’s (Charles) full attention… great experience. helpful, knowledgeable, sales. We were originally going to check out a few other stores but we saw no reason to look beyond Metro Mattress.

Chuck is an excellent and knowledgeable salesperson. He was realistic with explanations on needs and expectations of the product, for my teenage kids mattresses. Chuck's customer service was excellent. Metro Mattress is lucky to have Chuck. I highly recommend Metro Mattress based on Chuck's performance!

You have thought Charles the gentleman who greeted me at the ? won the lottery lol , he was up beat very down to earth ,but most important for he knows the business and will do everything he can to make sure you see sleeping soundly and comfortable..at let's forget Jason a trainee that ? and tablet taking notes.That impress me had chanced to talk while I was trying to decide he is going to be at that as next up the delivery first of all I don't think there Are many places that deliver for free.the then on top of that there were on time And polite and perfessional ....at the end of the day the between the customer service and delivery one word STELLAR!!!!!! ITGETS NO BETTER THAN THAT'S Thankyou Charles and Jason

Shanan and Joshua assisted me on two different days. Absolutely the best customer service I’ve ever received. I had some anxiety bringing my young daughter in with me, but they were so welcoming, kid friendly, and very knowledgeable about their products. I will absolutely be back for all of my mattress, pillow, foundation needs.

Jack was awesome to work with! We came in with little knowledge of what we were looking for and never having made a large investment in a mattress (never having bought a king size as well). His guidance, expertise, patience, and willingness to answer all of our questions made us feel comfortable picking the right mattress for many years to come. Highly recommend working with Jack - Assistant Manager (I'm sure Chuck is great, too).
