Derek was very helpful in my visit to the store. My SIM card wasn’t working and he replaced without any hesitation. Also the customer in front of me was impressed by Derek’s service!

I didn't like the how I was treated there today May 12 , 2023 and i I won't be going back there anymore the Guys that help me was white and not understanding at all and I feel upset and guilty after leaving. Everyone has things going on and reasons for phones to be broke and not working i feel like he could been a lot more nicer and I will be talking to a manger soon and how poorly I felt. But that is nice I won't be back anymore.

People Metro Pcs. @1125 Main St, Buffalo NY Has the Best Customer Service Derrick is Awesome, Friendly, Easy to talk and will help you with what ever he possibly can. My visit to this Metro PC's was outstanding and that's where I'm going everytime for phenomenal service. No joke not just words!!! 5-STAR SERVICE, A++ All that and I am truly a happy customer!!!!

Seems like it’s always the same guy working whenever I go. He is always knowledgeable and helpful with whatever I need. Bring your business here if you’re looking to switch or are even an existing t mobile metro customer! You can’t beat the price of service, selection of devices, and promotions. Tablets for $15 bucks a piece last time I was there! Both of my kids got one. They work great and give me peace of mind by connecting us when we’re not together. Can’t beat it!

Derrick was amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was nothing less than a satisfied customer. He even opted to wait for me to arrive at the store as it was nearing closing time. Often times you leave establishments feeling like a sale, but he made sure to do everything but. He took the time to engage with me from the time I walked in until the time I walked out. The true definition of customer service. Thanks again for all of your time and help!
