Now I'll start off by saying I'm a Verizon girl, but my daughter is on her grandparents account and T-Mobile. At This particular location we were greeted immediately and checked in. We had someone helping us within moments. All were appropriately dressed and very polite, and knowledgeable. This is the exact opposite from the other locations we had to go to in the past. If you use T-Mobile----this is the location to go to!!!!

Ray hands down was beyond awesome in helping us switch to Metro and very knowledgeable. He went over and beyond the call of duty and after having cell phones for about 20 years, he hands down was the best salesman I've ever encountered. My self and my family all love Ray!!!

Wow. Came here to check out new phone options. Walked in and wasn't even greeted. Not a nod hello. Not a smile. Not a "we will be with you soon". Nothing. So I wandered for a while. Waited. Still nothing. So didn't get a phone here. Would you? 20190307U
