They tried helping me after account was hacked several times in the end I still was victim of identity fraud and no phone at all the thief by pass my high security passwords and locked my phones up long story short I got no help had to go to boost and buy new phones activation and all after giving metro $225 for 2 phones bills n activation 1/6/20 so 1/21/20 I'm spending my money again they don't care about security

I had a very amazing experience at this location a young lady by the name of Josephine helped me out with a couple of issues that my phone was having ..... and tried and tried to fix the problem but the real issue was that i needed to except the fact that i needed a new phone and she was amazing thank you so much for the help and i will continue to come there just because of her great customer service
