We stopped here on our way home to Syracuse when a big snow hit, shutting down the thruway. It was fine. Looks like it was at one time a luxurious hotel, but it has seen better days. If like to know the story behind it. The room was spacious and clean with a king size bed, fridge, sofa, everything we needed. The hotel was full of snow plow drivers who all seemed to know each other and a few travelers seeking refuge. The restaurant shut down early but some nice men gave us their leftover chicken tenders. The breakfast was really bad. But we were safe and warm. Friendly people. They were extremely understaffed; only 6 people for the whole place but that was because of the weather. They worked really hard and we pleasant. The room was cheap! $84

Great facilities. Shuttle service to the mall would be nice. You can walk, but people with mobility issues would find it difficult, especially during the winter

Nightmare Hotel.I have a cane and a medical boot on my foot. Was assigned a room at back of hotel, but had no idea it was wayyyyyy back there. Very long hard walk when handicapped. Sheets had hair and housekeeping handed me the sheets to change it myself, but then I said I'm handicapped and I can't do this, plus it was his job. I did help. Then noticed there was no paper, no menu, nothing to look at to order food. I had to call front desk several times and it rang at least 25 times before getting answered. Another time nobody answered, it rang, and rang, and rang. Then for 15 minutes it was busy. Also, while checking in another customer comes to the front desk and says she would like to stay another night; the 2 guys at the desk told her she couldn't do that at the front desk. She had to go back to her room and go online to make a reservation. They refused her a new reservation while she was in person at the desk. She was flabbergasted. She just walked away. This was all on 1/6/24 around 8pm. They never even say anything about the wifi. You have to make another call to front desk to find out, but good luck getting through. There was so much more that happened but too much to say here. The continental breakfast had no fruit. Everything looked terrible!! Needless to say, you won't ever get my business again and I'm telling all friends and family. One last thing: they are changing the name to M Hotel. When I called the hotel before I went, nobody over the phone knew the name was the Millennium. They were calling it the M. Very confusing. Don't give this place your time or money. You will be upset.

HORRIBLE. Used to be a classy Hotel. Continental Breakfast HORRIBLE. Didn't put out enough food, was picked over. AMERICANS like bacon!! But they don't serve that what there CUSTOMERS want. I will NOT return nor recommend this hotel. Stay downtown or near the Airport. Was told have room ready actually EARLY. Got there and 2 hrs later..Noteworthy details: Don't waste your $$$

It was a very pleasant place to stay. Compared to other family suite hotels, this one is a little nicer.There was enough space in the spacious room for the five of us. It was lovely to draw curtains between the pieces. The space was quite lengthy. included comfortable beds, a lovely bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Let me just say this hotel needs serious work. First off, how do you put families on a block during construction, walls peeling, hard wires sticking out the floors, no floors lol and think it's safe for children, secondly the kids were simply playing mini sticks in the pool/lounge area with no harm to others and hotel staff told them they couldn't play. So what do you expect them to do? The next day after using the lounge area for a pizza dinner for the hockey teams, everything was left out. Pizza boxes, jugs of juice. No wonder our group found roaches in their rooms. Absolutely disgusting! Coming back home everything was thrown in laundry because you never know. You can tell instead of renovating properly, they just painted over the rust in the tubs. Used wallpaper to cover counters thats clearly falling off. If youre gonna have this massive hotel you should make your gym bigger. Also, communication between staff is ridiculous ? how did 3 staff tell me 1 rate for the room, then another tells me different. I speak to a manager and he says he will honor the lower rate. Then I get there and it's a whole new rate! Get your information in order please. The only good thing was it's right next to Walden Galleria.Nearby activities: Walden Galleria, Jim's Truck plaza restaurant, other restaurants.Noteworthy details: NOT WORTH THE MONEY!

Absolutely poor experience, rude guest services. Didn't get the room we reserved, downgraded our accommodation and thought we should be ok with this kind of service and treatment. Never book here again.

It is a good no frills hotel, but its just that No Frills!!Looks like they are undergoing a renovation so hopefully their rooms look nice, but for the price you can't go wrong!

They are doing unfair business and marketing manager is not dealing with the customer. We were planning to have group stay in this hotel, marketing manager kept us more than month for wait then said place not available and price also increased.

Booked in for 1 night, was shopping in the area. Was so impressed with this hotel stayed 1 more night! Hotel a little tired but they are doing renovations. Beds very comfortable, decent size room, good food in restaurant, nice pool, Front desk very helpful! Would definitely stay here again.Rooms: Clean and comfortable.

We wanted to organize a group party with this hotel. The marketing manager, kept us busy for a whole month and ended up not sticking to anything we had originally discussed. In the end, she showed what a disrespectful person she was by increasing the cost we talked about and talking to us on the phone like we didn't want to take this job anyway, but I'm trying to help you.

Stayed 1 night. Room was comfortable enough but halls were dated with stained carpet. Seems there's been a change in management and signs of needed remodeling were apparent. Rated a 3 star because of this.

Front desk staff not as trained as they should be. Had trouble checking in. They couldn't give me the room I originally pur hased back in May, which was a single bed. Room was NOT in good shape as the ac unit was broke, bathroom vent in operable and just full of dust anyway, cleanliness over all was poor to say the least.S, onto check out process. I go to front desk to check out and staff would just stare at me and say nothing, so I inform them I'm checking out to them pointing to a box to put my door cards in. No, receipt or anything. Which I should of demanded because to come and find out I WAS CHARGED THREE TIMES FOR THIS ONE ROOM STAY!!!I had originally paid in May n now their staff somehow charged my card two more times. I call to say how this can even happen and I'd like to speak with a manager in which I was an able to get an answer for either.Just horrible le experience all alRound n now I have to pay the consequence of the mistakes for the inconvenience to be reimbursed hopefully!!!

Ok so I honestly don’t know we’re to begin ..the rooms and the hallways had a weird smell if I wanted to describe it I would say it’s similar to a very old carpet that had spilled water over it ! Even when I used the paper cups they had in the room they had the same smell ! I found hair in the bath tub and one of the water sink handles were brokenAnd to top it all the heat in the A/C wasn’t working! And it was freezing at 2Am so I called the front desk but no one picked up !So I went to the front desk and told the girl that was there the story and she was like yeah I’ll send the maintenance they’ll be there in 5 minutes . I went back to the room waiting for the maintenance ( mind you I had an early flight in the morning so I really needed to sleep ) . I tried to fix it myself, I turned off then waited for 10 minutes before I turn it back on again just hoping for it to work but still it didn’t work.Long story short the maintenance never came . I tried calling the front desk again and still no answer ! So I went back the front desk and to my surprise I didn’t find anyone so I stood their waiting for her to come back , then this one man sitting there told me that this is pointless because she left a while ago and she didn’t come back yet ! And that he was leaving too , he was gonna go and look for another hotel for the night because he couldn’t check in since there was no one there !So I went back to my room freezing at 3 AmAnd I had to use the blow dryer to get myself a little warmer , I had a blanket in my bag I used it with the covers that were in the room already.Any way I am not coming back to this hotel again , I’ve never seen such a behavior anywhere before! I mean who just walks out and leaves their job site and just go leaving customers like that ? One one! definitely not someone that works in a field where good service is everything the customer is looking for!• Apart from what I said the hotel is less than 10 minutes away from the airport .There is a nearby plaza ( walkable distance) that has restaurants and shopping centers,But again for me service is very important and they failed to deliver in that area .

I stayed at this hotel with my family and it was quite disappointing. We checked in late evening and went up to the room. The garbage was not emptied, there was hair in the sink and on the counter. We pulled the comforter back and the under side of the comforter had green marker all over it. The pillow case had lipstick stains all over it. While we were getting ready, one of us got locked in the bathroom. The handle does not open correctly and after plenty of wiggling and pulling we finally got it open. We went down for complimentary breakfast and there was minimal food. We asked 2 employees working the breakfast who told us there was nothing left. A couple minutes later, a group of people the employees knew came in. The employees went to the back to get them yogurt and cereal as they requested. One of the managers came through, noticed everything was empty and went to the back to grab platters of bagels, pastries, yogurt, cereal, and toast. The entire experience was frustrating and terrible.
