A little hard to find but fast unloading and spacious lot for backing. Turn right onto Hertel Avenue, go down a couple of blocks to the big empty parking lot and turn around, come back down Hertel Avenue and make a Left onto Rosalia Street (very tight turn). You will start to see signs for Mod-Pac.

Turn around at Kmart Lot, left on Roselia, follow signs to receiving. Large lot for backing + overnight parking if they allow it. One portajohn that was fairly clean when I used it.
Checked in at 10:08AM for 11:30AM appointment. Was unloaded by xx. Only negative coming here nothing to do with receiver, but there were some hyper aggressive drivers trying to speed past me while making wide turns to get here. Also some big pot holes in Kmart lot, lot of signs there saying no parking.

Okay so coming off Elmwood make a right on Hertel…. Then pass the light and on the right side you will see a big abandoned parking lot (Kmart) go in and turn back around. Make a left back on Hertel then after the light is a small street named Rosalita, make that left( it’s tight so swing wide…there are cars parked) then make next left, then right around building and follow signs for Mod-pac. They have a large parking lot with spot of room so dock and overnight parking. 10/10 would definitely come back.

Easy enough to find ...just turn around in the abandoned Kmart parking lot to make it a left hand turn onto Rosalia Street, instead of a right hand one....

If you follow the directions another driver posted which includes a picture it’s pretty easy to find. Drive around to dock 15 and walk in, check in. Easy process plenty of turn around room.

Drivers. You must turn onto Rosalia to get to the receiving office. The road next to the abandoned Kmart is blocked off. Instead of turning right onto Rosalia, I suggest turning around in the Kmart lot to turn left onto Rosalia instead. Follow the signs around to the back of the building

Not hard to find the place. Just call and dial 7. They give direct info to back of the building.

Super fast loading, I made the mistake of setting my navigation to the mailing address, set it to Rosalia St.

Follow Mike Miller direction-- do NOT turn down Rosalita! Go 1 block further-- turn into abandoned Kmart- stay to right- you will see trailers. Turn right of trailers and stay right of Nardin building. Follow signs for shipping/receiving

1/14/22, Friday, 9am…Good delivery experience. I recommend calling and listening to their voice recorded truck directions. They got me here perfectly from the Thruway. If going north on Elmwood Dr., you have to go past front of bldg, right onto Hertel Ave. then past Gerber Collision is an abandoned K mart parking lot. (If you are a 53’ trailer with a sleeper cab, I highly recommend you DO go to the abandoned K mart lot and NOT make that right turn onto Rosalina Ave. If you do, prepare to go very wide…)Take a right into the abandoned Kmart parking lot. Drive about 75-100 yards, there is an opening on the right that leads you out of the parking lot and follow the signs behind the building to the shipping or receiving docks. You’ll drive about 1-2 minutes to get to the docks. A soccer field will be on the left. Then a wide open parking lot at the end with the docks on the right.Receiving docks are the dock 15 section.

The approach on Camden is very narrow...you'll see the shipping/receiving signage. Watch the red fire hydrant as you turn left onto Elmwood. Clear signage will direct you to the back of the building...very large lot and half-dozen or so docks...easy set-up. Receiving window is on left of docks in corner...ring bell you won't have to wait long.
