My dad opening branch many many years ago. Went to make a withdrawal. They didn’t have a image of a check that cleared. Waited a half hour. The lady was very apologetic , and after everything was taken care of I was asked questions like if this was a gift? Did we have to repay? I answered and then I realized there was no need for personal questions. She also stated that if a check didn’t clear it would go against the account. Very unprofessional, will not do business there anymore.

Please close this site. Because costumer service is horrible. They will ask you too many unnecessary questions. Ex: where you get the money from? Who give you the money?. Just unnecessary question and wasting your time. Anyone who wanna visit M&T please go to different area.

The Arab girl on the lobby Nilob always finds an excuse to NOT help me and makes me stand on the line to speak to tellers. She did the same thing to my dad when he needed something. It seems like she never wants to work.

My friend told me there is a girl who helped him multiple times with online banking and business accounts.i went there to see her and I think her name was Nelab Hossain, she helped me a lot. Very busy branch and she works very hard. I give 4 starts because they need more people

The employees are unprofessional and rude, except for the bengali gentlemen, the rest are just worst of the worst including the managers. they think they can treat you any how they want and make up some stupid rules and stuff on the spot.
