I was extremely careful in selecting a new IT partner for our company, and MVP has exceeded my expectations. Even before we signed the contract, they made time to meet with me on a holiday—a level of commitment I hadn’t experienced before.
Our previous MSP lacked documentation, had clunky processes, and was not supportive of the transition, which made things unnecessarily difficult for both MVP and our team. Despite that, MVP remained professional, responsive, and composed throughout the drawn-out transition.
Now a year in, I continue to receive top-notch customer service from the entire MVP team. Their responsiveness, professionalism, and technical expertise are impressive. While I knew I needed to make a change, I was cautious about signing a new commitment. I'm glad I did—MVP has proven to be the right long-term partner for us. Highly recommend.

I used MVP for my IT services for years since 2010. When they first started out they were much smaller and offered persoanlized care. Since thenm, the prices have increased 200 fold, quality of service has gone down. on several occasions I needed a new computer and a new server. MVP quoted me thousands more than what I could of built on my own. For example, the new server was quoted at $17,000 while a different company was able to do it for $4000. I questioned the quote and emailed Ikram the owner with no repsonse. I was frequently dismissed in my concerns regarding the poor care and unreasonable service quotes. During the offboarding the new IT company informed me that even thou I was paying for the company data to be backed up, it had not been done in months. MVP was not even aware that the DATTO backup was to the old server and had not back up information for 2 months. They had no idea that this was not even being done.
The are not "monitoring and managing" my backup. Horrible company to work with. Do not reccomend.

avoid them like the plauge! three appoutments blown off. and a forth that could not complete the job " due to personal commitments " oh let's not forget the call back into the office asking why the tech hadn't called be... and the girl hung up on me saying she was on lunch.... at 2:23 pm nope... no how...no way stay away
