A customer of mine talked very positively about this pawn shop so I checked it out. The owner and staff was the most friendly pawn shop I ever visited and they were very knowledgeable too. I will be working a lot of hours and I plan on buying some items from this pawn shop relatively soon.

I have been to only a couple of pawn shops in the Buffalo/Niagara Falls area, but I have lived in many states and visited some in those other states, but none compared to the level of compassion and willingness to work with a customer as this place did. I got to deal with the owner personally, and he was amazing. I got in close to closing time, and really really needed to get my hands on some money asap, and the owner was not only accommodating, but I walked out with a very fair payout. I don't see myself going to any other pawn shops at this point tbh, and would highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of the services of a pawn shop.

Best place ever. During the worst period of my life he bought stuff from me always at a fair price. Now years later I buy stuff from him, love the power tools. I get stuck in here talking forever. ??.
They guarantee their tools and they aren't greedy at all. Super fair, really friendly. I could spend every day here. It's an environment with really good energy.
Shop small, shop local, don't give your money to massive greedy corporations. Keep it in the community with amazing places like this. ??

I was just in the store within the last hour, I wasn't able to make a deal with him, 'but politics came up cuz he was wearing a shirt that had one of the leading contenders for the presidency of the United States on the front of it I'm not sure if it was even Biden or Trump that he had on the front but I immediately didn't think to tell him that do you know how much this must cost you in revenue every year backing one candidate or the other has got to cost him thousands and thousands of dollars in revenue it's just not a good time to be backing anyone of the guys running for president or any other spot for politics in this country and when it's a foregone conclusion who the people in new New York state are going to vote for why waste your time I feel sorry for him knowing that he's taking money out of the pockets of his family by trying to convince other people of his pic not the way to run a business please take the politics out of your business it's never going to be good for you no matter what side you're on good luck good luck I know you can do way better don't seem like a bad guy!

One of the best places in Buffalo if you need your jewelry fixed or cleaned. I’ve been here a few times and they fixed my gold chains and my sterling sliver bracelets! Highly recommend!

Incredibly glad I noticed their sign said "Repairs" and stopped in despite the fact that my entire perception of pawn shops was based on what I knew from Pulp Fiction. Both gentlemen who helped me provided a level of customer service that went above and beyond.
Not only did my earrings get expertly repaired by an experienced jeweler but they were ready same day and polished for a price I couldn't believe given the quality of craftsmanship. Already planning on taking more jewelry here for repairs and looking forward to browsing their wide selection of beautiful jewelry.
*Their jeweler is only at the store a few days a week so call in advance to confirm for a quick turn around, otherwise I believe you can at least get a quote (and great advice) as long as the owner is around and drop off any time.
