The owner Jeff is a Lier he said I attempted to steal from the store. Witch I did not he's just responding to an argument that we had because I told him his prices were too high and he blew a gasket. I never stolen anything in my life. And I certainly would not need to steal the low quality items in his store .He wants to give you nothing for your goods and he wants full retail for his goods which are thoroughly used. He is a liar and a cheat. stay away from at all costs. Go to the pawnshop on Sheridan much nicer people, much more professional

I have shopped at this pawn shop a few times now and I always leave with something awesome for a reasonable cost. The owner and his employees are always friendly, honest, give great customer service. Every thing is fairly priced. I have bought gold jewelry (my best purchase is an articulated fish pendant for my chain, so unique) and a gorgeous Gretsch bass guitar. I stop in every couple weeks to see what they got in recently, and they always have fresh new stuff to shop.

I brought my wife's grandmother's anniversary ring to see if they could repair and replace a missing stone. When they looked at it they told me the metal was white gold, but the stones were not real diamonds. They offered to replace the fakes with real stones and repair and clean the setting. They actually told me they could have it ready the same day. The price they quoted was a little more than I expected but I knew how much the ring meant to my wife. I gave them the go ahead to fix it. About three hours later I got a call telling me the ring was done and I could come pick it up. When I saw the ring I was astonished at how beautiful and what an absolutely incredible piece of craftsmanship was done. I told John my wife is gonna cry when she sees it, and sure enough she did. Professional staff, great price, awesome work and excellent service. Highly recommended I'm sure they'll treat you awesome too!
