the absolute worst customer service. i caanot even begin to tell you . took 4 months to get a chair. waiting 2 months for new arms. nobody calls you back. the only person to ever call me was Sue. i am so frustrated.

I have been waiting for months to come put a seat belt on my wheelchair and to get a cushion that actually fits and no one has called me back yet. Extremely disappointed

I was looking for a company to work with to get my new wheelchair which was the style that lifts me up and tilts backwards and this was one of the companies that my insurance company worked with so I contacted them. I also contacted two others but People first returned my call first. I spoke with a sales rep and one of my questions was why should I go with your company instead of one of the others? His response was because our company can take care of service calls a lot quicker. So far I am not impressed at all with their service response . I have waited a couple of days for return phone call and it has taken a week or more to take care of an issue. I am now regretting going with this company and not one of the others. I have a broken part on my wheelchair and I am now going on 3 weeks of waiting to have it taken care of. In my opinion their customer service is terrible.
2/8/22 Update. Still having issues with returned phone calls about a serious issue with my Quantum Q6 wheelchair. This has shut down for a 2nd time due to a loose wire. Luckily it happens when I am able to get a hold of a neighbor. This company is the worst for return calls.

I was in need of crutches and the orthopedic office I went to didn't have any and couldn't get me any, so I called People First Mobility, they had a pair for me the next day.
