I needed an oil change for my wife’s Tucson. I was able to get an appointment quickly. The service was good and Roosevelt the store manager was friendly . I give them 5 stars.

My appointment was made for 8am .. I arrived at 7:55am .. waiting for the doors to be open.. I waited around for 45 minutes.. I called 3 times while waiting in my car.. still no response!! I took off work to get my car fixed this is unacceptable

Came in less than an hour before closing due to my work/school schedule praying they would be able to see me for a retorquing after I had my tires rotated a few days ago at another Pep Boys location and my car started feeling shaky this morning and with all the driving I do I needed it done asap. Went to a different location earlier that was near where I was at, at the moment and they couldn’t get me in until Friday. However the Elmwood location was willing to accommodate me and provide fast service for which I am very thankful and appreciative of. I was in and out in 5 mins. The mechanic was nice and had no problem helping me out. Thank you, very much appreciated and won’t be forgotten! 🙏🙌
