“We had traveled from Scottsdale AZ to Buffalo NY for an event and my wife and I ventured into Daisy’s Doghouse, because we are always looking for quality products for our dogs Bear and Rocky. WOW, what a find, great high quality products, fantastic service and great pricing. We had so much fun, we even got to meet the owner Lisa and she could not have been more gracious and was very knowledgeable. We will now always be a Daisy’s Doghouse client!!”

“We love the Buffalo Barkery! Recently got a cake made by them for my dog’s 4th bday. She is super picky so it can be hard to find birthday treats that she actually enjoys. I was thrilled that she loved the cake so much she scarfed it down! It also was beautifully decorated! She loved the custom biscuit on the top too. Definitely will be getting cakes for her here for future bdays :)”

“Owner was very kind and gentle with my small dog when he was cutting his nails. He talked me through the process and explained his reasoning for his preocess. You can tell the owner really cares about the animals he is working with. I will be coming back again in the future!”

“It's a beautiful life when you can walk down the street in the heart of the Elmwood Village and buy your pets food, treats, toys, and so so much more in a place you feel at home and welcome. Buying local feels so good. Keep doing what you do and thank you, I'll be back! 😀”

“Ordered online. Customer service was some of the best I’ve ever experienced. Went as far as to take PAR readings for me. Packaging was also top notch. Coral was as pictured and perfectly healthy upon arrival”

“I visited the Buffalo location on Great Arrow. My experience was over the top! The reason I stopped by, was to purchase more of the dog bones that my dog just loves. My five star rating is not just because the Dog treats are great, but the personal customer service and attention that I received while on site. How I was treated, honestly, was unexpected. I was expecting just a transaction to buy some treats for our dog. But to my surprise it was a more personal and pleasurable visit. Jackie, thank you so much awesome visit.”

“Best place for dog boarding! I don’t leave reviews often, but after having my dog for five years and taking my dog here pretty much the whole time, I felt I needed to leave a review after our last vacation. They are always so happy to see my dog come and sad to see him go. I know I hate boarding my dog because I hate leaving him behind, but I have peace of mind knowing he’s in good hands with the workers. I do not take my dog to day care so I can’t comment on that. Thank you!!”

“Great people and service, but the dog food is terribly organized. Spent 20 minutes searching for a certain puppy food before realizing they just don't stock it despite having the adult version in great supply. The food in question was Purina One True Instinct, if anyone is wondering. They had a great supply of things most places don't have for various pets and real bone treats.”

“Helped my partner and I with getting a beautiful long haired guinea pig. We also noticed that they don't have the really bad cages for small animals anymore, which is really cool.”

“Me and my wife both appreciate this location and staff very much. Extending a huge thank you to our dog trainer daisy, and our dog (Howies) friends Tori and Lauren who love him very much and are always excited to see him. And a huge thank you to the grooming salon team for always being nice and courteous to howie when getting his grooming done. We’ve never experienced such great professionalism and kindness, this store is our favorite and so is howies.”
