Don't ever come here to get your dog groomed. The groomer had an attitude, and while choking out my anxious dog, casually tells me that my dog is aggressive. Don't take out your anger on innocent animals. I've never had this happen at the other PetSmarts that I've gone to.

Large selection of supplies for all types of pet. Like that they work with charitable groups ti offer animals for adaption. Haven't tried this yet, but was told thwif my cat doesn't like food that I bought her, I can return the open bag for a refund.

Been going for years now. Found out not too long ago that cricket prices went up couldn't believe that they were always really cheap and affordable! Which is crazy considering that they don't last that long. Got a batch of crickets not too long a go and pretty much all died on me. STILL CAN'T GET OVER THIS PRICES FOR EVERY THING. Now pet stuff is getting bad greed at it's finest.

My dog was groomed today at PetSmart on Elmwood Ave in Buffalo, NY by Stevie Eichner. Not only did my dog have a great experience, I did as well. Everyone was so friendly and my pup absolutely loved Stevie.

I have nothing but good things to say about Petsmart. I have taken loving care of my eight rescue cats over many years living in Brooklyn, Orlando, and four years now in Buffalo. Petsmart has always been my first stop to give my fur-babies what keeps them happy and healthy.
From litter boxes to pet carriers, cat toys and cat trees to help them reach their heights, and Science Diet dry foods specific for their life stages. When the cats needed a special food prescribed by our compassionate vet, Petsmart has this smart, safe and quick way of registering the prescription for your special pet so you can continue buying it without a hassle. Cat paw claws clipper, I found it.
An electric water fountain and replacement filters, they’ve got them.
Part of the pleasure shopping here is seeing the other pet lives they support.
Pretty birds, colorful fish, busy gerbils and smart-looking dogs with their proud owners. Get ready for big smiles when you come to Petsmart.
Regular customers will benefit from their cash back Rewards program. Many items, including pet foods, are discounted daily. Kudos also to their wonderfully helpful staff, explaining different options and just darn friendly. Once they were out of a large size bag of dry food on sale. They immediately offered two of the smaller size bags at the same sale price.
For my last cat Rascal, I tried several types of prescription wet foods to try and resolve his G/I issues. Although his last days were difficult for both of us, Petsmart refunded all the unused cans no fuss at all.
Petsmart never disappointed me in the past, always exceeds my expectations.

We use the store mostly for grooming for our dog. The groomers are fabulous - kind and talented. This grooming service is timely and safe. 100% recommend. I wish the store was cleaner inside and out.

The attitude of a store associate was extremely rude. The guy with bald head and black bread. He was not friendly at all.
