I recently adopted a Bernedoodle that came from an Amish puppy mill, he had only ever had 1 prior grooming elsewhere since he was born 13 months ago. He is somewhat skittish, but CAT V did a beautiful job on him. His cut turned out even better than I imagined it would. She took extra special care of my sweet boy Michael and we WILL return to her for all future grooming.

I went into the transit road store today to see if they had any parrot cichlids because the store I usually shop at in Amherst usually doesn’t carry them. I got lucky and the store had plenty of small ones to pick from. I didn’t see anyone working in the fish department so I went to the cashier to ask for service. He told me he would get someone but I might have to wait awhile. Well I waited 20 minutes and went back to the cashier and he told me the person who was going to wait on me was talking to corporate and they’d be there soon. I guess corporate takes precedence over customers. The girl that waited on me acted like she was mad at the world when she got there and asked rudely what I was interested in. I told her a parrot cichlid and she then started firing off questions about my fish keeping. I understand that they want their fish to be placed in a good home but really??? She was so rude about everything that I answered I honestly did not think she was going to sell me a fish. I’ve kept fish for years and most of the time shop at fish place or pets plus because their quality of fish is excellent and they know what they’re doing. I have 3 small parrot cichlids that are 2” big right now and 1 pleco in a 55. The tank has been up for years. I was going to place 1more 2” parrot cichlid in that tank and upgrade as they got bigger. I know what I’m doing when it comes to fish. I didn’t appreciate how she was talking down to me and making it seem like I didn’t know what I’m doing. I spent a lot of money at petsmart through the years and will never come back to this location because of her. When I left I asked the cashier who she was apparently she is one of their managers and her name is Torrie. If anyone has to deal with this miserable girl I’m sure they would feel the same way. Maybe when corporate calls and talks to her and takes her away from her job of customer service they should tell her how to treat customers and teach her some manners in customer service and maybe then I wouldn’t mind waiting to be waited on. Maybe they should get managers that have a friendly personality because that’s what the job requires.

I will definitely be coming back again!! The customer service was exceptional and truly some of the best that I’ve ever had in any store, especially from a woman named Tori. She explained everything I asked about regarding my fish tank. She is exceptionally knowledgeable, kind, and is a true representation of what great customer service looks like.
