There's nothing like the vibe here. Nothing compares to this workout. Mind body soul is more than a T-shirt. Candice will push you further than you thought you could go! I've never regretted a moment in this studio!

I give an automatic one star to any business that doesn’t accept phone calls. We just had two quick questions but this studio openly chooses not to accept phone calls. Way to be like Comcast.

Love it here!! Never guilty for going to yoga! Always a good feeling leaving for just showing up to the mat, some days are harder than others, PYB makes it all worth while. Great instructors!

The space is pretty and I love coming to the classes here. The instructors overall have been nice but sometimes the room does feel a bit small ESPECIALLY when everything heats up in the middle of summer.

I love this place! I purchased a week pass and tomorrow will be my 6th day! I never really stay “committed” to a fitness routine. However, this has been a giant shift in my life quickly. The teachers are welcoming, during the class everyone is focusing on themselves, the room is not too hot yet it is challenging. After less than a week I already feel mental relief and I definitely feel my body getting better at the poses by showing up everyday. I highly recommend!

If I were basing this rating solely on the actual classes and instructors, it would easily be a 5/5. Anastasia and Steve are both amazing instructors, and I always leave class feeling like I got a great workout in. Plus, their personal and inspirational anecdotes keep class interesting! They rock. I'm sure the other instructors are great too, but I haven't personally experienced them. The studio itself is small. It wouldn't feel small if there were only 20ish people in the class, however it seems like the classes are typically packed with at least 50 people. This leaves only inches between mats, and you are often getting very up close and personal with your neighbor. For me personally this is not an issue, but it's something to keep in mind if you don't like crowded spaces. Finally, and it makes me sad to say this, but the people in the studio do not give off a very warm or friendly vibe. I am not new to yoga, however I am new to this studio and I can say that neither the staff nor the other yogis seemed very welcoming. I began by purchasing a new student special, and no one at the front desk even acknowledged that I was (clearly) new to the studio. No quick tour, no "welcome! Thanks for trying us out!", nothing. I can only imagine how intimidating this would be for someone who was new to yoga. I brought my brother with me, who is also new to the studio and after his second class ever a fellow yogi (clearly not feeling very zen) came up to him and asked him his name, then proceeded to angrily tell him that his feet were too close to her face the entire class and next time he needs to move his mat up. Mind you, she got there after us and chose the spot directly behind him. Not exactly the friendly vibe you'd hope for at a studio. Their website claims every class is beginner friendly, but that's not the case. Knowledge of the poses and ability to transition quickly from pose to pose is a must when taking the PYB75 or 60 classes. Instructors don't ask if anyone is new before class, nor do they offer many modifications during class. Again, the instructors were great and I'm sure would be open to helping a beginner but it doesn't appear to be something that is offered proactively. Overall, it's a great place to get a sweaty yoga practice in, but a little lacking in the hospitality department.

Power Yoga will transform your life! It is the "one stop shop" for all your physical needs. Yoga unites the mind, body and spirit which makes you feel amazingly strong mentally and physically. All the instructors are so well trained and motivating. Jaime and Candice are so inspiring and uplifting.
