Wastes your time, sells cars after you write up a contract, sells a cars to other people after you have an agreement. What a joke, spent a week because everything I wanted was magically sold.

They posted a Chrysler Pacifica on Facebook market. I messaged the lady under the name of Vera Dior and she said that the car is excellent and it’s ready to go.I called the dealership and told them that I live out of state and he said that the car is very good, ready to go and can get me out of the lot the same day.I confirmed with them the day before that I’m going to see the van and test drive it.The second day after a long way to the dealer, I didn’t like what I saw. The car was not ready at all. Tires were inflated and bold. Right side passenger was painted. Rust on rear ramp and some rust on the interior too. Seats were all burned with smoking. I decided to test drive it thinking maybe it will run ok and I will maybe fix the cosmetic issues. To my surprise, all the lights came on after just a mile of driving. Check engine light, ABS….and I discovered that the horn is not working.Be aware of this sketchy place and stay away from this dealer

I have a 2010 Cadillac CTS that was recommended after not qualifying for the Jeep Cherokee I wanted. On day 1 I had to return the vehicle because ALL of the nuts were loose on my rear tire; so loose that I was able to twist them while not jacked in the air.3 out of 4 tire sensors were broken & the oil change light doesn’t go off even after changing the oil.1 1/2 months now, I’m having transmission issues. Took it to Continental Transmission and it has sustained damage to the transmission.$1500 job to open, find and replace the broken piece inside and then rebuild it. The 30 day warranty they offer should have screamed “Stay Away!”

I sent 6000$ On Chevy traverse I have 5 kids it took them a month for them to even let me drive my then when I test drove it the first time I told them I need a wheel alignment I came back a week later they said the cars not ready but they put dealer plates on it and said that they had did everything so I took to another machine and he said that me and my kids could have died the tires had no Bullpens in it so I took it back and they said I couldn’t get my money back then they only gave me 5500$ so if you come looking at a Chevy traverse Ltz DO NOT GET IT

I bought a 2007 Lincoln navigator from them 2 months ago(April). I had to wait a few days because it needed some work done as it was sitting there for how long...I don't know. They say they had to fix the brakes (which started squeaking 7 weeks later and have to pay to get them done myself) although they said the fix brakes and rotors when I was waiting for the car. I picked up the car at 830pm and I had to be to work at 10pm that night. I didn't even make it to work before the check engine light came on... which brings the question how'd you get an inspection sticker if the check engine light is on (dishonesty#1). I take it back and they use the scanner and say its the mass intake sensor. They fix it...supposedly and 5 blocks later here goes the check engine light again. The day after having my car I had to buy a battery and the owner OD said i had to pay for it, which I have text messages to prove, why should I pay for a battery ONE DAY after buying a car. I keep calling to get my car fixed and they never answer their phone. The owner OD, mind you is my mom's ex husband nephew and my little sister cousin, stopped answering my text and blocked me (I have proof of that also). One day my car wouldn't turn on and they sent one guy to look at it, he couldn't fix it then another guy came to my home the next day and it was running for a little bit. But when I got home from work it wouldn't cut on which is when I got the battery. I took my car to AutoZone to get a diagnosis on the check engine light and took the paper to Natasha which she was supposed to get my vehicle in to get fixed. But every time I went up there I got the excuse they were busy and would let me know when they can get me in. Even when I called I got the same thing. I decided to buy a secondary warranty because the car does meet my needs as far as seating(which is the only reason I gave 2 stars) but a headache mechanically. Thank God my step dad is a police officer and have friend's whom are lawyers and judges because we documented everything. I have every phone call saved and every text message saved. My little sister even said they screwed her over also and I shouldn't have bought a car from them either. But because I have a career I won't risk putting on the line for shady, deceiving liars and dishonest business people. I'm a handle it the legal way. The old me....it would have been a different story. Now they can claim what they want but in the words of Judge Judy "where are your receipts" cause I damn sure have mine. Dishonesty never prevails.
