Great prices!! It's too early to tell about the quality. I mean, as far as brakes go, you can't go wrong with pads and rotors for the price. The salt and shit on the roads make them rust no matter what, but they coat the rotors to try to prevent deterioration as much as possible.

Worst front end parts ever. Wear out after 1 year. Licensed mechanics advise. Stay away.
