I've purchased items from the Williamsville and Kenmore offices and the ladies at the desk were miserable and not helpful. Maybe they should find a job that doesn't require human contact.

Formerly Apnea Care is RACKET. I needed a replacement tube for my mask. A tube... Apparently they are cool with letting a person die from sleep apnea because they can't replace ....A tube... without a script. No wonder this apnea place goes out of business every 2 years. -1 stars.

Called to order a new mask. Quoted $54. Same exact mask on Amazon is $15. Why is your insurance so expensive? I read some of the other reviews too, the people at young's road, incredibly rude. How is this place in business? AMAZON FOR SUPPLIES!

Awful experience. Dumping them at the first opportunity. Sandy, as others have said, is just not a friendly person. I struggle mightily breathing through my nose. I had to basically argue with the guy over the phone about what my wants and needs are. Did not care at all, did not listen. Claimed the only reason for a full face mask is facial nerve damage. And guess what? A subsequent Doc appointment revealed my Doc sent them an order for a full face mask weeks before!! Before the 30 days would be up for me to replace my mask with no charge. I have never in my life until now heard of a company IGNORING A DOCTOR’S ORDER. Who do you think you are?? Screw you! And screw that. Do whatever you can to avoid these folks.

I read the reviews about the $40 overcharge people complained about being charged so I asked for a itemized list of items and charges before going in.They handed me the box with a packet of paperwork. When I got home, I saw that they charged me an additional $40 over the quoted price. After many phone calls, and many months they have not rectified the problem. The woman that initially quoted me the price said, "I forgot to add it in there, I charge it to everyone." They call it a mask upgrade but that mask is the 8 year old version aka "wisp mask" The new version fits under your nose, not over it. I just expect businesses to be up front and honest if they expect me to support them.

My insurance mandated that I use them. I was given no choice. They charge me for supplies and never tell me that they are do. Sandy is the nastiest person zi have meet. Lecturing me about not wearing my cpap because the machine says I don't. Sleep medicine doctor looks at same thing says I do wear it. Downloaded an app for myself also shows I wear it. Not sure who's data they look at. Sure isn't from my machine. I'll be in on Monday to pick up the supplies they auto charged me but did not tell me I was due for. Only know cause I looked at my credit card bill and insurance documents.

They charged me for cpap equipment that insurance says they cover .I called insurance directly and they told me I am fully covered for the equipment I received and should not have been charged anything. They call it an upgrade . Went to a different cpap place and now I am getting same supplies fully covered. Apnea care wanted me to sign a form that says they dont have to bill the insurance . Paid $40 for a mask for "upgrade " which sells on Amazon for $12 . Dont fall for the upgrade !!!!!

These reviews do not surprise me, the lady(I honestly don’t remember her name) was condescending and “scolding “ me about wearing the mask even when I said I was away. I said I know I had the mask on during the night, I don’t know why it didn’t show—-that lady said “I’m not arguing with you, the machine doesn’t lie” so I asked why the machine was defective and in her condescending voice said again “ I’m not arguing with you, the machine said you weren’t wearing it. So on the 1st visit she told me she could adjust the machine via Bluetooth , now she asks where my machine was. I said home. I could go on but I’m not happy there and I can’t wait to meet “Sandy” after her—excuse me , his reviews. Even the secretary was rude, saying I’ll make your appointment for next week because I know your not going to make your 30 days. Really she needs a job with fresh air. Oh and I asked to have the nasal mask and the “sweet” lady said NO.

AWFUL. This review is for the Youngs Road Office. Respiratory Therapist Marci is patronizing, as is the miserably unpleasant front desk staff. Sorry that your boss is enjoying the fruits of the profits (as other posts mention high markups), while you take your hostilities out on clients. Oh wait, no I am not sorry! You can look forward to unemployment when AI takes over your duties.

I think they are scammers. Told me one price on the phone then when it came time to pay it was a couple hundred more than we discussed.

Yes, Sandy was very informative and knowledgeable, and he had no problem demonstrating he is just a completely miserable person. No smiles or small talk... Just a straight face saying, "I have an hour to do this, so save your questions until the end and we will be able to get through this." He then gave me the longest unfeeling, rote sales script ever, would ask me questions then refuse to listen to my answer. He literally put his hand up and kept talking when I answered more than a yes or no to his, guilt-inducing rhetorical questions about sleep depriving children. He was so completely rude. After an hour, when he was done manipulating the "dialogue" he never told me anything about my sleep patterns or how he was adjusting my machine to my specifications. After he asked a brief moment for, "any questions?" he asked me to step out of the room... he was done. and I never want to see him again. He has no class, and no tact. When I arrived in the reception area, I asked to speak to the owner then found out he is the owner!

My mask broke. I waited until it was unusable to call . It's a piece of plastic my insurance will only cover half. They told me to get billed and submit a claim, and i would bet 100% re-imbursed. I didn't have enough to do that. Now I have to sleep without my machine. I take care of an elderly mother and do a lot of Community Service work i in Community. Iff anybody should have good karma it's me. But they kicked me when I was down. Hopefully it's not as serious as they try t tell me
