Unlit from outside at night. Room looked like it had been home to a large animal. Chunks of carpet missing, dirt on walls, broken corners of the walls. Spent a while investigating bed for bed bugs and thankfully found none. My mistake for not researching the many many other options better.

The only thing this hotel has going for it, is it's proximity to the airport. The rooms are dated and dilapidated. The hot water was on the chilly side. But far the worst thing about this hotel is the front desk including the duty manager interacted. All three ladies I dealt with unprofessional. No name tags, cold and not friendly just like the hot water. They believe you are doing them favor by staying their. All self-respecting travellers should avoid. Their is no Quality at that Inn. They are running hostel not a hotel. What a crying shame to brand. Choices should revoke the license to the operator at that location, fire all front desk staff, re-brand and heaven's sake teach proper front desk operations. If I could give a quarter of star for service I would.

Without spending an absolute fortune on a room that you're probably only going to be in for a few hours before your flight from buffalo airport, this hotel has just what you need. Comfortable beds, very clean, airport shuttle and a McDonalds just across the lot to grab your coffee. Just a note that renovations were being done at this time so no complimentary breakfast was available.

I would not recommend this hotel. I was travelling alone and did not feel safe in my room due to the lock being broken and there being a lot of traffic on the first floor through the night. My room was also in poor condition with broken shower tiles, broken light switches and generally run down amenities. The beds did appear clean, thankfully.

No free breakfast. No refund for not having breakfast. Was there in April there was none and still none in September, as advertised. Was there in April, June and now September. I'll be going to another choice hotel next time.

Pathetic parking service ! Please save your time and money - do not park your car here. I called them to pick me up, the shuttle did not show up even after 60 mins.

On top of this place being a dump, the lady Nikki at the front desk is a horrible person and does not deserve to hold the position she does. She uses her power for abuse and threats. I was asking to see my mom who was out there for domestic violence, and she informed me that she would kick my mom out if I went looking for her when I was walking to the parking lot to look for my vehicle. Would not recommend this place to anyone and they need to fire Nikki ASAP.

We booked this hotel for a one night stay to see the falls while on a longer road trip. The hotel is doing some renovations, but based on the condition of our room it should be closed until done. If all the other hotels in the area weren’t sold out for the 1 night we needed we would have left. It was that gross. The toilet was cracked, stains on the carpet and bedding, hole in the wall, and the bathroom door wouldn’t close or lock. We should have been alerted to the conditions we were walking into based on their airport van. The van looked like it’s been in several accidents.
In addition to all that, the continental breakfast was not available which I was told when booking it was, so there’s false advertisement.
When we started loading up our car the house keeping staff was rude. They kept asking if we’re done after every trip my husband made. We’re a family of 4 with a baby, we had several bags. It was frustrating after having to spend a night in those conditions.
When checking out, I told the front desk person of the condition of the room and his reaction or lack there of was as if he didn’t care at all.
I don’t recommend this hotel at all. So gross and rude staff. If we weren’t desperate for a room we would have left!

I booked this hotel because it clearly said breakfast was included in the price. When I arrived, there was no breakfast at all. I thought maybe there was a mistake, so I called the front desk to ask about it. Instead of helping, the receptionist was incredibly rude and said, “How dare you complain about something free?”
First of all, it wasn’t free—it was part of what I paid for! Second, that’s no way to speak to a guest. I was shocked by how disrespectful the staff was. They didn’t apologize or offer anything to make up for it. They just said the listing must be old and didn’t take any responsibility.
This felt like a scam. It’s clear they know the listing is misleading but choose not to fix it. And when you call them out, they act like you’re the problem.
Save yourself the stress and book a place that’s honest about what they offer and treats guests with respect. I will never stay here again.

Hotel didn't have No Power when I arrived. It's not the clean and the employees are rude. No Breakfast or Work Out area. Really bad choice. I know next time not to book with this hotel.

Rooms smell like cigarette when is a nonsmoking hotel,carpet had stains walls too,housecleaning were having a loud conversation early in the morning, when I call and made reservation the receptionist said rhey had complementary breakfast and when my friends and I got there,they had a hidden notice letting guests know they didn't had breakfast because of kitchen remodeling. My friend room got clogged the same night we got there . Do Not Stay at this hotel

Very near to the airport, there is a lot of parking area and rooms are also good.
