Hotel cancelled mine and everybody else's reservations without ANY NOTICE WHATSOEVER. tried to check in along with 3 other couples and was told that the hotel is shut down. looking at the sketchy people hanging around, it appears that it was transformed into some kind of shelter. go to the other two hotels within walking distance. don't try to go cheap like my dumb self.

Chaotic, loud. We were not told in advance, that it was a host hotel for transient immigrants, who did not have any control over their own children. I almost hit 5 different children, running free in the parking lot, on several separate occasions. They even had security in the halls, to no avail, as they were on there cellphones, with airbuds, in their ears. On top of it all, I received a phone call from the hotel, canceling my return stay, 2 weeks later, before I even had the chance to cancel it myself. They claimed they were closed August 2023, for renovations. In fact , they are still housing displaced immigrants ...which is fine, but don't lie to people about it...

Recently stayed at the hotel. It was the worst ever experience with Choice Group of Hotels. The room had a smell of mold, the floor carpet was not the cleanest, the intercom wasn't working....i can go on with the list. The staff and security found smoking right at the main entrance. The good thing about the hotel is the location as it is right across the airport. Not a place to go back to.

We opened our door and it reeked of cleaning agent as if someone was trying desperately to cover the smell of a dead body. The tinge of cigarette smoke was also pungent. The room was very damp and the carpet was very moist. The sleep was terrible as the sheets were made of plastic. The AC shoots wet air into the room. This place should be condemned. I recommend drinking heavily to guarantee you fall asleep.

This was a wretched stay. The place was like a 3rd world hotel. Our first room didn't have the beds made. I thought:"bed bugs"!!!!!

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was overshadowed by the extremely rude behavior exhibited by the front desk staff. The level of hostility and unprofessionalism I encountered was deeply disheartening.From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff displayed an impolite and dismissive attitude. Instead of welcoming me with a warm smile and offering assistance, she seemed bothered by my presence and barely acknowledged my questions or concerns. Her curt responses left me feeling unwelcome and undervalued as a guest.What struck me the most was the condescending language used by front desk lady staff member. It was evident that she had little regard for providing quality customer service. Her choice of words and patronizing tone made me feel belittled and disrespected. It's disheartening to be treated with such contempt, especially when I expected a level of professionalism and courtesy.In conclusion, my experience at the hotel was marred by the hostile behavior displayed by the hotel staff. Her rudeness, condescending attitude, and lack of professionalism were truly disheartening. As a guest, I expected to be treated with respect and courtesy, but unfortunately, that was far from the reality during my stay. I hope the hotel management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue to ensure a more pleasant experience for future guests.

Unprofessional and Discriminatory Hotel Staff!!My recent stay was an absolute nightmare. The front desk lady’s behavior was extremely rude and unhelpful.Basic requests and inquiries were met with condescension and impatience, leaving me feeling unheard and disrespected. It was evident that the hotel's management had not instilled a culture of customer-centricity or professionalism among its staff.The most distressing part of my stay was when the front desk lady started yelling at me and openly threatened me with expulsion from the premises for no reason. Witnessing such an unprofessional behavior was shocking!! No guest should ever feel intimidated or unsafe in the place they are paying to stay.The lady’s hostile demeanor and their readiness to resort to threats only served to escalate tensions and create an unwelcoming environment.It is disheartening to encounter such abhorrent treatment from a hotel that should be providing a welcoming and inclusive experience to all its guests. The negative impact of this experience is not limited to a single guest but extends to tarnishing the reputation of the entire establishment.Based on my experience, I would strongly advise potential guests to reconsider staying at this hotel. If you are a part of a tour, make sure they don’t include this hotel in your itinerary.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. We booked airport parking. They got us to the airport for our flight fine. The problem started when we came home and tried to pick up our vehicle. My mom called while we were waiting for the luggage & the woman on the phone said to call back when we had our luggage. We called back & she said she would come get us. A half an hour later, my mom called again to see if they were on their way--it was 11:30 at night and 30 degrees outside & you have to wait outside. The woman on the phone said she had to check in people at the hotel first, she couldn't pick us up, and then she started screaming that she didn't have to pick us up because we were being "mean" to her by calling more than once. About 10 minutes later, the shuttle finally showed up at the airport (the hotel is 5 minutes away), but she refused to let us get in because we had called her more than once to check on the shuttle!! She left me & my 80 year old mother standing in the cold near midnight. We then had to find and pay for a cab despite the fact we had already prepaid for the parkin. Buyer beware!! Never use this place for airport parking if you actually want to get back to your car after a long flight!

This was the absolute worst experience ever. The hotel was disgusting. The floors in the room were stained, blood on the walls, smoke detector falling off of the ceiling, stained toilet seats…the list goes on. The hotel reception was the most unprofessional individual I have ever dealt with. The front desk reeked of weed and was hard get a clear answer. The hotel needs to be renovated and get rid of their unprofessional staffing. No one deserves to stay there. Pay the extra money and go next door to the Hilton. We did not feel safe in that room and left.

Worst customer experience of my life, had the police called on me when I went to check in and I had prepaid… the only person working saw that I was coming in with bags looked at me and walked right by me, got into the shuttle bus and left. Moments before he had been blasting music in the parking lot and dancing in a sexual nature with his girlfriend, who was there hanging out . Apparently he drives the shuttle bus and mans the front desk. When he returned about a half an hour later, I was the first in line of four customers waiting to check in and when he asked parking or check in, I said check in and although I was annoyed, I was not abusive, he looked at me, decided he didn’t like how I was talking to him and said next please I said, sir, I’m just trying to check in. I pre-paid for my room and I started to get a little bit upset, but at no point was I over the line abusive… I was just trying to engage with him and he was blatantly ignoring me, at that point he decided to call the police and I told him what have I done wrong. I’m just trying to check in for a room I paid for. I waited for the police and tried to talk it over with them, but they told me that there was nothing they could do and that he could ask me to leave for any reason so I had to leave and I had to rebook a new hotel for twice the price (the Hilton) and I am out the money- they never refunded me and Priceline refused to help me, I had to pay over $100 for a hotel room and I never even got past the lobby, and every time I tried to reach out to management they hung up the phone on me. I never did find out who owns or runs this hell hole. I can understand, not wanting to be abused by a customer, but I never got to the point of abusing him when he wouldn’t even talk to me, although I was upset, I was respectful and I can’t believe he wouldn’t even listen or help me… i’ve never been treated so poorly in my life by a hotel.

Rooms are spacious, bed are comfortable and our room was neat. Even it was basic but I still enjoyed the breakfast specially the waffle, egg and chesse sandwich.. My only concern is that one of the reason I picked this place is because its price and offer free shuttle bus from and to airport. We came all the way from Dubai to Buffalo approx 25 hours flight including layover and it will be good to have someone to pick us up as it is our first time in this place.. During the booking, I immediately send them email and follow ups in their customer service online but no reply. On our arrival no shuttle came and we ended up renting uber. I found out during check in that you must call them directly to arrange transportation as they dont communicate through email.. I guess for those coming internationally and do not have local sim yet for lower cost of calls upon aarrival you have to consider this when booking.. Also the receptionist suggested to ask help to the airport concierge to make a call to the hotel.. But of course I appreciate this if during the booking there is a suggestion like this in their website or atleast a proper email reply..

Honestly THE WORST EVER. Front desk attendant who was also the shuttle driver was high, we had to find him AND wake him up, room was disgusting with dirty stained towels, stained ceilings and smelled. The only thing missing was crime scene tape. Sleep in the airport or rent a car and sleep in that! It will be safer and cleaner!!!

Even after finding blood in the sheets, mold in the bathroom, a spring sticking out of the mattress (that stabbed me) and a lamp that is literally sideways - they refused a refund. The whole place smells so strongly of cigarette smoke that your eyes burn.

Look, the positive I’ll give it, it was clean. My overall experience for one night was severely lacking. At $140 for the 12 hours I spent there, I’d expect some pride in the “quality “.We were greated by a gentleman in street clothes at the counter who wasn’t very personable.Hallway ceiling had bare Sheetrock patches that look like they’ve been waiting to be finished for about a year.Tiles cracked and mortar missing in the shower.Open electrical boxes in room. (Probably dead)The sheet rocking and paint job was done by a blind man.The pocket bathroom door didn’t latch.I just needed a place to sleep for the night and I got that. I’m just thinking for the price, can a company at least pretend they care about the “Quality” of the Inn. ?
