This location of Quest is convenient to get to, is always clean, and the staff is always friendly. I just had my blood drawn by Trina, who could not have been more professional, positive, friendly, and kind. She did an excellent job and I will be sure to always come back to this location.

The women who helped me were amazing. They were super accommodating, and when I was feeling faint they helped me recover and took great care of me. Couldn’t recommend a better staff.

The kindest medical professionals I have worked with. I had trouble with my insurance because doctor had used my maiden name. They went above and beyond to help me with so much patience. It is really a pleasure working with such great professionals

What an eye opening experience into the disorganized mess that is Quest Diagnostics. As a physician I will be more judicious with my lab ordering after my terrible experience. The check in process is fraught with error and frustration. The only workers present were the phlebotomists which was strange to me. It's like only the doctor working at a clinic. I feel so bad for the staff. I only hope they can improve their processes.

Everything went off on time. Check in process was so easy using text message received day of appt. Phlebotomist was excellent.

Super unprofessional and disorganized under pressure. They got me in on time, early even because I had an appointment, but were flustered by an influx of walk-in patients and took it out on me because they were frustrated that I would not be an easy draw. The first phlebotomist was trying to tell me the bloodwork had been ordered in March when it had in fact ordered in October and wanted me to sign but couldn't tell what I was signing for. When questioned she eventually told me I was signing my consent. She got mad when I told her she should try my hand if she couldn't find a good spot on my arms. She handed me four old test tube's taped together rather than a squeeze and got mad when it didn't work. She told me she was gonna have someone else do my draw while complaining about me loudly to other staff telling them I had an attitude rather than she doesn't want to be stuck repeatedly. The second lady complained about the walk-ins as if explaining why they were behind, but they weren't. I asked her why it was so cold because that only makes for a more difficult draw and she said she didn't know but pointed out a space heater under her desk. I asked her to make sure she was absolutely sure she could get the draw because I didn't want to be stuck repeatedly. She said she would took no time in really looking for a good spot to draw and stuck my right arm and started digging the needle around and hit a nerve. I was angry so I told her I was done and left. As I was leaving she was loudly announcing loudly across the facility what she should do with

Rude people working here don't wanna do their job and being sarcastic and not helpful completely unprofessional. I was not gonna let my daughter to do blod work with somebody rude and my daughter get injured because of their Unprofessional ways to treat people

Worst place to get any type of blood done. Make appointments and they still will cancel. Go anywhere else but this location 😂

Omg. This location is sheer hell on earth. I don’t think it’s actually possible for these people to move any slower than they are. I will never come back here again. Made this location appointment by mistake and didn’t want to reschedule it. I won’t make that mistake again. Id rather go out to the suburbs at least an appointment means an appointment.

This location is horrible. With an appointment you are still waiting for periods of time. If you are able do not come here.
