They have a checklist displayed on the TV, showing that there are currently 0 being served. However, they only take appointments and won’t call anyone on standby, even if no one is there.

The lady was there around that time tried to assault me, the lady also yelled at me after I made a simple mistake. Ive already contacted corporate and they’re pulling the footage. I would’ve beat her but I stopped myself because that’s crazy.

I’ve never experienced ruder staff in my life. I walked in and a staff member was shouting angrily at a woman trying to sign in. Then the woman who took my blood was very obviously annoyed and spoke to me as if everything I said was annoying her and she wore gloves while handling the computer, papers, pens, door knobs and then did not change them before drawing my blood. She was also very rough with me when putting the cotton ball and tape on my arm after. I almost left in tears.

I have had some good experiences at this location in the past. But today, in July of 2024, it was absolutely beyond awful.
Jasmine was rude, adversarial, aggressive, obnoxious, confrontational, and even menacing with threatening body language, not to mention horribly unprofessional. She behaved as if she had just arrived from a street fight, and was desperately itching for another one. She needs to be fired immediately, and probably thrown in jail. Jasmine should be FAR away from anything healthcare related.

Staff let's people wait for walk in. Meanwhile. They are by appointment only. I watched 2 people come in and sit for a half hour before getting frustrated and leaving because there is no reception. I waited an hour to be seen for my appointment. They said because they are short staffed. Same situation at Niagara st location. Short staffed, By appointment only

They are in the back laughing & cussing while ppl are waiting for over a half hour, then come tell us if anyone is waiting for a drug screen that there toilet is broken. SMH THEY ARE IGNORANT & NEEDS TO BE REPLACED

The Quest on Jefferson and Utica they treat you pretty good there and the employees are vary nice to you and they talk with you to insure you that everything is going to be ok
